Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City

Estoy en total desacuerdo que la limpieza de las habitaciones la realizan cada dos días. No me gustó esto.

Nicely situated hotel in center city. The property is a little older but relatively well maintained. Staff was fantastic.

The location is excellent because the hotel is located in the city center and you can visit all the attractions in the city on foot, the staff is friendly and helpful, we especially felt it when we had breakfast. The room is quite large and even though we had four suitcases, there was room for all our things. The hotel is decent but you can see that the building is a bit older, we had a problem with a clogged toilet and the door got stuck on the first day when we tried to return to the room after sightseeing, but both things were resolved very quickly after we reported the problems, so in the end we were satisfied with the service and we can praise the staff's response because it was fast and professional.

Breakfast was great

I live in PA and I visit Philly frequently. I've stayed in the area several times and this was one of my favorite visits. The room and the amenities were great -- but I want to give a shoutout to the entire staff who were working during FIFA World Cup (June 25 - June 29). They were nice, patient, and accommodating! I would definitely come back.

Location, room size, cleanliness, breakfast Bathrooms sink faucet flow was too slow and the hot/cold water mix not constant (variable)

The staff was helpful, the property was clean, and the location was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was a very spacious suite and we enjoyed watching the streets below from our windows. Overall very pleased with our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn in Philadelphia with two young children. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of options and staff were helpful and friendly.

Centrally located, clean, spacious room with full kitchen, convenient gym and breakfast. (Although te sofabed was too small and the matras too thin for two teens)

Amazing location and wonderful staff A bit old fashioned, and the shower takes a minute to warm up. But that’s minor.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! When the elevators were jammed with people going to check out the breakfast host gave us a lift in the service elevator! And the breakfast was good including the liberty bell waffle!

Wonderful stay- perfect location for all the sites! Clean, safe, and plenty at breakfast.

Great location with a fantastic view of City Hall. Easy to walk to attractions around Philly. Studio apartment with sofa bed was a large room, slightly dated, but perfectly comfortable. Staff very helpful, especially breakfast staff who were exceptional, and the breakfast was great Would have been nice to have hot drinks available in the lobby

The breakfast staff was very friendly. Upon check in they gave us the wrong room. Had to go back to front desk to get the right room. Microwave broke had to have it replaced. We were told at check in that rooms were only serviced every other day, so when we returned to our room after a long hot day at the track we had to call down for towels. This took 45 mins. And instead of them bringing the towels to our room we had to go down to the lobby to get them. We were too tired to wait and ended up drying off with a hand towel and wash cloth. Will not stay there again nor will we recommend friends or family stay there.
