Great location in central city The only negative is there is no onsite parking
-
The room was clean but the shower drained so slow and i was standing in 5 inches of water every time i showered.

I was supposed to have a couch and did not have that we booked the top room and ended up with just the city view. Staff was very nice. Free breakfast was good. Loved the location was able to walk to a lot.

Breakfast staff were excellent, friendly and helped us with gluten free options. We were sad about the single use cutlery and plates. There was no facility for recycling. Paper plates and wooden cutlery that could be composted would be better for the planet. The room was spacious and we loved having a proper kitchen with toaster and microwave.

Bed bugs, broken and moldy windows, malfunctioning elevator, broken bathroom faucet,

I was given an upgrade. Very spacious---nice!!!

Breakfast was basic but good. Room was somewhat clean but it appeared our bathroom wasn't even touched before us checking in... kinda gross. However the staff were great!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had a wonderful view of the city hall and was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was lovely. We stayed for a weekend and only had 2 cups for coffee. If there is no room service, put extra cups in the room for a couple of days of morning coffee. We shouldn't have to request that. We did request 2 extra towels from housekeeping when she was in the hallway, but we never got them. The area outside the elevator on the 11th floor smelled like urine.

This is a really nice hotel, classy in most ways. Location is the best. Unloading out front is tough, you have to be lucky that there is a space to get out and get help from the valet. Valets are all good If you get the upper floor you might enjoy the views but you won't enjoy the elevator waits. 3 elevators but not very quick and lots of guests using them from lower floors. Our toilet water was so high I won't give you the details of what kept getting wet!! nasty. AC worked good, TV was good, bed was great but pillows were ridiculously squishy. on the 25th floor you had to let the water run for over 15 minutes for it to get hot; it was good when hot. Internet turned out good after a day of interruptions. Kudos to valet Raymond and desk clerk Michael. And to the gorgeous woman of color who seemed to run things in the morning, she was on it! Breakfast buffet was pretty good. It seemed the desk clerks did not police the lobby of people hanging about ,some trying to sneak a ride in the elevator for reasons unknown. No visible security on property. We had a small kitchen and it was excellent. Cleaning lady was only scheduled to come one day out of three, which is fine but she never showed up on the 3rd day; or at least not by 5pm.

It was everything we needed for a quick one night stay. Good location, friendly and efficient staff, decent breakfast. WiFi, at least in our room was useless.

Very clean room. Breakfast excellent.

The staff was incredibly helpful. We arrived 3 hours before our check-in time and not only did they allow us to check in early, but they upgraded our room to a suite at no cost. They also helped us create a Marriott membership so that we could do a late check out and they held our luggage for us while we explored the city. The staff provided excellent customer service!

The hotel, staff and rooms very clean. Great centralized location for Philadelphia.
