First room I was given had not been cleaned. The second room was clean and comfortable. the common areas were dirty, no a/c, and the vending machines were out of order.

The AC did not work that well. We weren’t given any soap so we couldn’t wash our hands and the shampoo container was filled with conditioner.

the room itself was decent, although those little plastic cups that are in plastic individually were all out of there plastic and put together with the bag that goes in the ice buckets, the hygiene stuff was empty. totally. i mean dont they check? the ice machine was broken, there was nothing in the vending machine. the internet was down. i needed internet to work, she told me it would be up by 6 it was not up even by midnight so i did not get my work done, i was going to cancel my reservation to go somewhere else due to me having a deadline but nope she said it would be up by 6. there was garbage up out the door going half way up the wall. I would never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone

Rooms were not clean. Beds not made, trash in garbages, dirty towels on floor.

It was dirty, there were no towels in the room. It had a bad odor in the room. We checked out after we checked in

Staff was friendly. Room clean, but no amenities such as shower soap, shampoo etc. Two bath towels provided but only one hand towel. Ice machine was out of order and appeared to have not been working for some time. Actual property did not appear as nice in person as it did on the Hotels.com site. Hotels should probably update their photos to give a more accurate representation of the property.

Staff was great and responsive. The room wasn’t really clean. Hair on the sheets. Makeup on the wall under the mirror. The AC wasn’t working very well. The carpets felt sticky.

No AC working in common areas. Ice maker broken. No coffee maker or safe in room. Room was clean and ac worked well in room.

Breakfast and location were good. The room I got a reservation for have obviously not been cleaned. I was given a new room and I found dead insects on the floor.

Air conditioning in the lobby not working, ice machine was out of order. Breakfast did not seem fresh, few choices. Would not recommend it.

Location was perfect and manager was very fast to respond when any problem occurred . Maintenance man was excellent . Liked hotel very much and staff was excellent . air conditioner did not work in first room but when manager was notified we were immediately moved to different room. Ice machine did not work , soda machine did not work so had to walk to gas station for soda .

The air conditioner did not work very well, the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you flushed it 3 times and held the handle down all the way. The bathtub was disgusting. The beds and pillows are EXTREMELY uncomfortable!

The location was great The shower was not functioning properly. The handle fell off and the water pressure was better out of the sink than the shower. I also felt like the property was run down. There was not a functioning ice machine. I was scared to go to my car by myself after dark.

Good solid hotel near several restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Dead bugs on the stairs going up to our room. Needs to be updated. Old furniture in the room. Breakfast was a waffle, mini muffin or an apple. We arrived late and left early.

Great place to stay!!!
