Dead bugs on the stairs going up to our room. Needs to be updated. Old furniture in the room. Breakfast was a waffle, mini muffin or an apple. We arrived late and left early.

Great place to stay!!!

Bed bugs. Three of our party of 4 got dozens of bed bug bites. All staying in different rooms. All of us lacked soap.
-
No soap in shower or sink. Mold around shower head and drain. Two towels only in a room that had two beds. Tv wasn’t working. When I ask for soap she was reluctant to give me a bar and I asked for two . One for sink other was for shower. We ended up leaving early as my husband didn’t feel we were safe. We won’t use brand again.

The property and hotel seem to be poorly managed and maintained. The staff did try to help but were not knowledgeable on how to help. Our first room wasn’t cleaned, our second room was ok. The business center and exercises rooms were also used for storage. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed and it didn’t seem like there was ac in the main hotel areas.

Sheets were stained and old. Not sure if the bedding was cleaned. No shampoo in the container. Carpets had visible pcs of lint and crumbs on them. Had to ask for a couple towels. Room smelled musty. AC worked great and was quiet. There was no other availability or we'd have left for the remainder of our stay. Terrible place to stay. If I would have taken a sleeping bag we'd have slept in the park or back of the truck. No bugs and the beds were comfy. I would be hard pressed to stay at another Wyndham property if this is an acceptable example.

Nice place

They didn’t have hand soap.

I would just stay at another location..,

No shampoo or ice. Holes on top sheet. Staff blamed owner. Also, leg on chair not stable. It was disappointing but that does explain the somewhat reasonable rate. Finally, the breakfast was low end for a “buffet”…….pre formed eggs and small sausage patties. Only dairy in gallon jugs. Again, not the worst but definitely read reviews before relying on the pretty pictures and flowery descriptions.

My stay was terrible from the start. Check-in felt rushed and the receptionist seemed uninterested. My room had no kettle, so I had to wait at reception just to get hot water for drinks. The bed was uncomfortable and I’ve developed a rash on my back. The toilet constantly kept refilling — I reported it multiple times but nothing was fixed until water spilled everywhere. I was moved to another room, but by then I’d had enough. Staff generally seemed unconcerned. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

Did not expect a high end experience however the Hotel needs some maintenance. Ice machine out of order, carpet nasty and worn, would not stay there again.

This has become my go-to hotel for my weekly stays in Pierre. The rooms are clean enough and comfortable, and there is at least one staff member I am always glad to see. Unfortunately, however, during my most recent stay, May 18-19, I forgot a black, leather skinny belt in one of the bureau drawers of the room I was checked into. By the time I realized I had forgotten my belt, it was gone, with at least two hotel employees, one of them apparently being the manager, informing me that housekeeping staff members always thoroughly check rooms for items left behind by guests but had not found my belt, alluding that the guest or guests who had stayed in the room after I checked out might have stolen my belt. But, if the hotel's claim that housekeeping employees consistently search rooms for items left behind by guests, then it would undeniably stand to reason that a housekeeping employee stole my belt. So, I will no longer be recommending this property to anyone. Leave nothing behind, especially anything of great value, when checking out of this hotel.

only used the room to sleep but it was good

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was not very good. Only one egg left early in the morning. Coffee was gone and never replaced.

Nothing. The stairs going to the 2nd floor were filthy. No soap, No body wash, No shampoo. Only 5 containers of conditioner. Worst, smallest not absorbent towels that I have ever seen. Bad crowded parking lot
