Loved how clean our rooms and the property was! And the restaurant was great!

Very clean, very comfortable, and very nice staff! The only critique I have is the AC had a limit of 65° & it was actually a little loud kicking on and off, there didn'tseem to be an option to keep the fan running for noise control. Besides that it's basically perfect! I'd definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with kids. Had a great time

The breakfast was just okay. Employee was just standing there and not refilling the food. Left disappointed.
-
Pool is not useful for adults but hottub is huge

Very clean room & facility. Quiet room at night.

Enjoyed our stay. Great staff and big rooms. Could use some updating in the bathrooms. Overall would stay again.

Nicest Clubhouse we've stayed at!

The staff tried their best to accommodate a situation where the lock to the room was malfunctioning and also offered to move rooms. That said, the morning breakfast was terrible. On Sunday, many things were out of stock, no plates, and the person working the breakfast could not have cared less. In fact, the man taking care.of breakfast seemed to be quite put out with any requests at all. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Housekeeping: A mirror notice says rooms aren’t cleaned unless you alert the desk before 9 a.m., no exceptions — disclosed, but needlessly rigid. Breakfast: Decent the morning I went, but no better than any business hotel despite the hype — three hot items, premade biscuits, prepackaged oatmeal, coffee but nothing milk-based. My partner’s last morning was worse: by 7:25 the spread was picked over, no clean bowls or cups, no staff in sight; someone finally brought three bowls, no cups, said nothing, dispenser empty. Shuttle: Listings advertise a 24-hour airport shuttle but don’t note you must give 24 hours’ notice. The clerk admitted one was already running my flight’s crew but wouldn’t let me join — her manager never called back. She offered to call a taxi but not to cover it (rideshare ~$34 for an 8-minute trip). At ~$267/night, comping a short cab for a stranded guest should’ve been automatic. Instead we were up at 5 a.m., walking past the crew, driver, and van. The bones are good — clean, comfortable rooms in a handy spot. But a weak breakfast, a rigid housekeeping rule, and refusing a $34 cab on an $800 stay add up to a real miss. Pay for the taxi and I’m at four stars.

This is without question the nicest hotel in Pierre. The facility is very attractive. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent as far as free breakfasts ever are.

Really like this hotel and the staff are amazing. The breakfast is really really nice and the views from the hotel onto the gardens were so peaceful and relaxing we will definitely be going back.

The hotel is being updated and the public areas are very nice. Our room smelled of old socks, but seemed clean. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. Breakfast was typical of most hotel breakfasts, the coffee machine could use a cleaning.

Clean room! Staff was polite

it was quite and clean and everyone was nice and the breakfast was good and a great selection nothing

Overall, our stay was good. The property is nice and in a good location. Our bathroom had a drywall repair that had been done, but they had not painted it yet. No big deal, but it definitely looked tacky. A little paint touch-up would go a long way.

The Staff was nice, breakfast awesome but at night there was a loud humming and we found leftover food with ants crawling out of it around the base of the bed! We also found trash and a big used zip tie under the couch, the pool had so much chlorine it turned out suits from blue to brown and there were young girls swimming in their panties meanwhile a known sex offender had a poolside room. I felt very uncomfortable having my granddaughter there honestly will not be staying there again.
