I’d love to the bed so soft and the sheets were perfect

We loved our stay but our bathroom lacked places to hang used linens.

Anthony at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome although they didn’t have the omelet station going the day we were there. That was disappointing.

The room and beds were comfortable but the connectivity was very poor. We got WiFi when we originally checked in but in the evening we were unable to pick up anything. We advised the front desk and they sent someone up to us to check things out. He worked on the issue for about 15 minutes but advised us it was not something he could fix. He mentioned that there were a bank of rooms that experienced this issue and said we could move to another room since they had some queen beds (rooms) available but we had everything put away for the evening and didn’t want to hassle with it. For anyone going to this Ramkota, it would be wise to ask about connectivity when checking in, but at a minimum, do your own due diligence once you are in your room before undoing your suitcase, cooler, etc. Make sure it’s okay when you get into the room and advise the front desk of your intentions to move if it’s not acceptable to you when checking in.

The property is very nice now that it has been updated. The room was clean, and check-in was easy. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. 5 stars for the food crew. It did not start until 7 am on the weekend, kinda late for early travelers, but the food made up for it.

Wish the had made to order omlettes on the weekdays, that would get the day started on the right note

We had a wonderful stay. Our rooms were clean, the pool was good and loved that they had a normal size pool and a kid pool. We also loved having a pool side room.

The breakfast on the first morning was ok. Big puddle leaking out from underneath the counter. Had to ask someone to come take care of it. The second morning was not a good experience. . No coffee when I entered the food area at 9 a.m. They have a kiosk in the hallway with coffee. Not a lot of choices of food. Tables were not cleaned after people used them. No attendant in that area.

Would definitely stay again. Almost was updated and clean. Spa/hot tub was nice. Breakfast was awesome!

Very clean and neat. Did not use any amenities but cleanliness is utmost. Quiet rooms as well. Highly recommend.

This is a really great hotel and the price was incredibly reasonable. Also a great breakfast included. Wonderful restaurant on-site.
