Place smell like wet dog and molt.Place fall apart and look dirty

We were told the hot tub was not 'safe' to get into at check in, but we were not made aware of this at the time of booking or prior to arrival. The pool room ceiling had 3 (of 9 or 12) working fluorescent lights and dangling electrical wire where presumably ceiling fans had been. None of the ceiling vents had covers. No sign was placed in the pool room indicating that the hottub had unsafe water. There was a pigeon nest in the corner outside the room that had an extremely large pile of excrement on the sidewalk underneath it. An open-sided shed in the back had several mattresses stacked on their sides outside and one room on an upper floor had a mattress leaned against the window. The parking lot was crumbling asphalt and had potholes deep enough that you had to accelerate out of them if you inadvertently came to a stop in them. One of our two rooms smelled like cleaner but had some substance that looked like vomit on the floor in the corner. Breakfast was standard fare but somehow much worse than every other hotel we stayed in on our vacation. The pictures and ratings (I think it got a 7.8 or some such nonsense) posted on Expedia were not sufficiently terrible to prevent booking this hotel, but I won't use Expedia again.

Extremely well maintained, great value

OMG the bathroom toilet seat was absolutely disgusting!!! It’s shot!!! Needs to be replaced…weathered and cracks everywhere…it cannot be cleaned properly in that condition. The shower was a handheld with no attachment to hang it up so you could shower under it! The curtain was way too short so the water ran out of the tub onto the floor.

Property is a little worn out and everything is just basic. I was on a motorcycle trip so didn’t care about appearance. However, room was good sized, quiet with plenty of decent amenities. Breakfast was very good. Parking was visible and open. Plenty of food options within walking distance. For the price, it was a very good place to stay.

Not so good. It’s looks all things were old need to be replaced.

Although we changed the initial room for most reservations, the final room that we stayed were also not good, had to adjust on a few things. And I left my apple airpods, and I don’t think they tried to look properly when i contacted them. However they were good at conversation and said they will look for it and contact afterwards, that they didn’t.

was never told when we checked in that the pool was closed, went to go to it and seen a sign that it was closed for a few days, If i knew that when checking in I would of went somewhere else. I feel they should of told us that upon checking in.

The hotel and room was clean and it was fine when you consider that it was $87/night before taxes. It certainly needed some updating but I would stay there again.

Overall, I had a good experience. The ice machine was not working. The place could be a little cleaner.

Pool and hot tub were closed. Rooms were outdated but clean. Staff was kind and helpful.

Nice place to stay

I asked the front desk if they needed my identification and they said 'no'. Which to me it should be required when checking into a hotel. Also I was just given my key to the room, I asked where is it located and the front desk person said 'I don't know.'

The room was clean and spacious . Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The pool could use a lot of help but the place was worth it. Will for sure be coming back

Things are a little outdated and the pool and hot tub were really murky. Also the bubbles on the hot tub didn’t work. The room was clean though.
