Nice enough place for the money but not very clean in the room and the amenities were terrible :(
-
The room smelled like old cigerettes
-
Very out dated. Did not receive any room service/cleaning for the 3 nights of my stay.
-
The mattress was shot. It should be replaced. The reception said she upgraded our room. But I booked a king not handicap and received a two queens handicap room. That is not an upgrade to me

Very clean and comfortable room
-
Stale smelly rooms- trouble getting fresh towels. Stained bedspreads.
-
Liked the breakfast and room was ok. Hot tub was not hot and dirty.
-
Room was very clean, staff was incredibly helpful. Property is a bit outdated, but perfect for a one night stay.

The room was great. It was very cheap. Breakfast was average. Waffle maker eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Staff was very helpful. Hot tub and pool were broken and being repaired.

The breakfast was good. The front desk staff is amazing. The location was perfect for what we went for and helpful how close it was to quick eating locations you could just walk to. We were able to see the Capital building on our way so that was neat. The hotel had wonderful pictures of the history and there was a very nice seating area when checking in that had a real bear rug. Stunning. Nothing about the hotel itself was particularly not to like. I have no power over the guests who stay and that’s not in their control either.

It was clean I'm not sure why the pool wasn't open ? ? I really wanted to go swimming in the pool. That was the main reason for a little vacation for swimming pool.
-
Staff was very nice and room clean The door knob in the bathroom was very loose, lamps wobbly, and the fire alarm was hanging by a wire and was not affixed to the ceiling.
-
Good parking for large trailer, quiet, clean. Good breakfast
-
Hot tub was broke down still.
-
The toilet wasn't cleaned properly there was a mystery black stain on the bottom of the toilet lid. We couldn't use the pool because they were doing repairs on the roof. I also didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't have housekeepers to come and clean the rooms and we didn't get our trash taken out until later in the evening.

The breakfast was very nice! Everything you could think of or ask for was available!!
-
The other room we had, the TV was broken and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut due to being broken all the way. Not the cleanest.
-
Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Nice new carpet. Breakfast was fair. Had a nice variety. Definetly could use some maintenance. The lightswitch to the room didn't turn on any lights. There was dirt on the wall behind the door. The towel rack was falling off the wall. The toilet seat looked like someone set it on fire. The shade did not roll up.

I wish the website would have been clear that it was doing so. Pool/hot tub was advertised as open on one webpage and closed from March-April 30th on another. We arrived on May 1 staying until May 3rd and the pool/ hot tub was still unread to be used.
