Super 8 by Wyndham Pierre SD

First of all got there and it was a lady with a black guy work in the front desk who had to check 15 different rooms and have a kid go run and check to see if someone was in our room or if the room was clean even though this was booked two weeks in advance. After 15 rooms, he finally found one that was unoccupied and said it was clean. The entryway is to the room were filled with stinky trash and there was trash all over outside. When we got to the room, looked like someone kicked the door and it was still open, and the frame was damaged. The beds were made, but the bedding was dirty. The bathroom had not been clean. There was pubic hair all over the shower and on the floor black mold all over the curtain and the bathtub. The mirror hadn’t been clean and who knows how long it had been covered from top to bottom with filth was supposed to stay two nights, but checked out the next morning and told them that I wanted refunded for both that night and the second night we weren’t gonna stay

Absolutely nothing They were rebuilding my ac in my room & they put me in a Room where ac barely worked

Room had not been cleaned. I know because there was a pair of women's under ware on the chair and there was a used washcloth in the shower. There wasn't even disposable drinking cups in the room. Sheets had been laundered but there was permanent stains on them and the top sheet was torn. Bathroom mirror had not been cleaned in months. Room was cheap, but I got what I paid for. Will never stay in a Super 8 again!

For being a chain motel the property could use a bit more care.

The room was comfortable. The AC worked fine. There was no remote for the TV in our room. When we notified the staff, another remote was provided. However, we couldn't turn the TV off when we went to bed. So we muted it an it was on all night, we put two large towels over the TV screen to reduce the light glare. The continental breakfast was terrible. Both the orange juice and the applesauce were 90% water. Very diluted. And there was a very skimpy selection of other foods. We went to the Branding Iron Restaurant in Pierre for breakfast since the Super 8 offerings were so sub-par.

Hotel was quiet for being middle of the summer, room was clean and bathroom was ok Air conditioning in room barely worked, it had to be ran all night to cool the room off. TV remote didn’t work

breakfast was not good. Very few selections. Laundry room next to breakfast room was flooding. The key fob would not work. They tried several, changed the battery in the box, still didn't work. They said they would slide new keys under the door by morning. No keys. Turned the TV on, no sound. They came back with three remotes(???) of course none of them worked. Changed the cable box and then had volume. Told in the morning that they were going to change rooms since the keys would not work. Had to take all our stuff with us. Came back that night, no new room. Offered us a room with no tv, then a room with no fridge. Finally found a room, (after they told another customer they were full), The mirror looked like someone had spit toothpaste on it in the bathroom, the beds were unmade. Obviously , we left at 10:30 Pm and drove home 270 miles. Terrible terrible terrible!

No elevator, no working ice machines, hallway smelled like urine, almost nothing good about this hotel.

Good everything was god

The rugs in the room were so dirty, you couldn't walk around in stocking feet. The continental breakfast was almost nonexistent. There was coffee and poppy seed muffins. The hallway carpets were dirty and stained. TV needed help to turn on but wouldn't turn off without unplugging everything. Could be a really good little hotel if maintained better.

Very dirty! Sheets had stains, pillow cases yellow, smelled like cigarettes. Staff took forever for check in and not professional.
