Good everything was god

Very dirty! Sheets had stains, pillow cases yellow, smelled like cigarettes. Staff took forever for check in and not professional.

Bed was comfortable. Smelled bad, mold in the toilet, carpet felt damp. Duck tape holding the mechanism for the key card inside the room and kept falling off. Front desk lady didn’t let us change rooms.

nothing. I could not stay there, my spouse has asthma. The entire motel smelled like cigarette smoke. Our hallway where we were booked smelled like marijuana.

Exactly what I needed on extremely short notice

Whole place smells of cigarettes and weed. They allow people to smoke inside the hotel and those who smoke outside have the doors wide open so the smoke goes inside. Broken windows with cardboard and tape. Mold in the shower. This must be a homeless voucher motel. I have never seen so many desolate people in one hotel. Definitely not staying there again. I left a day early and couldn't get a refund for the night I didn't stay.

Nothing it was horrible! I have never stayed at a hotel this bad before and I live in Phoenix and have stayed at many Super 8's in the Phoenix metro area. It was horrible there was no continental breakfast like advertised. There were people using drugs all over the property and the room was dirty and smelled like urine.

Front desk clerk was to busy trying to be funny instead of taking care of business

Staff was drawing a picture and did not want to be disturbed. Took about ten minutes to grt her attention. Microwave was filthy. First room she gave me the toilet did mot flush. Box in the middle of the room. Not impressed. See above

Nothing The place was filthy, laundry piled up in the breakfast room, a bunch of shady guests loitering in the halls and parking lot, rooms smelled musty, no batteries in remote and none at the front desk. Leftover food in the refrigerator from the previous guest

The beds and staff were alright for the price paid. The drains were completely plugged, the door lock was broken (but still locked), there was a moldy smell, and the continental breakfast had no food or juice.

The smell of rotten meat in the breakfast room made me gag! C Remove awful smell . No way anyone could eat in there. Have a real desk clerk with authority. They all claimed to have none. No TV remote, no was cloths, no maid ever came in our room.

The front desk person was nice. The location was good. The room was slightly shabby. The breakfast was disappointing. Lacked basic food (cereal, no milk) and not possible to find anyone to restock.

Close to Missouri River. Breakfast non existent. No apology for the inconvenience. First room, bathroom toilet did not work.

No towels , no top sheets on the beds, TV had only 1 channel.

1st assigned room was dirty. 2nd wasn't the cleanest. Hair in sink and on toilet. Halls, carpet dirty. Fingernail polish on desk and drapes. Also dirty. Won't let me add all pics.

The people were friendly and there were a good choice of restaurants around. Things were pretty rundown and we didn’t feel completely safe. The refrigerator wasn’t working and didn’t get replaced until the next evening. The TV had 2 remotes with no instructions as to why or how to use them. An alarm went off at 1 AM that woke the whole place. The trash was overflowing in the dining area on our 2nd day so apparently wasn’t emptied from the day before.
