Noisy, worst ever breakfast.

Room was clean but hallways were a bit run down. Carpet needed to be replaced. Also pretty loud. Could hear outside noise easily. Also sits on railroad line. Train came through twice.

Second room was ok. Breakfast room seems to be a challenge for the team. Only one person, not able to keep all food trays, coffee thermos, and water station filled and ready at all times, especially on Sunday mornings. Didn’t really help overcoming very close train tracks with two trains running by during the night and honking their horns at street crossings.

Central location with free guest laundry. Excellent shower pressure and temps. Several issues with property like no ice, limited or poorly managed breakfast. Musty rooms.

So the walk to my room made me question my choices, carpet seriously needs replaced and hallways cleaned. My room however was decent, bed was comfortable and the massage chair was a huge bonus.

The front door would get stuck and was hard to open and close. The security latch on the inside of the front door was broken. The door to the bathroom was broken. The shower was dirty. The sofa bed did not have any linens and it took for staff to come twice to finally get everything.

Room had been damaged apparently by high water. I could see the sheetrock walls had been cut out at the floor and replaced...poorly. Wall in bathroom was pealing from apparent water problems. Trim around floor in bedroom was unattached and wall was buckled from water damage. Possible mold. Air conditioner was dislodge from the wall and AC fan was ext3y noisy. I shut it off about 2:30 in the morning to get some sleep. Location is poor with railroad tracks directly behind the room.
