The property is newly renovated and attractive with modern fixtures and finishes. Check in was efficient, and the room was well appointed with plenty of space. Noise from the streets was minimal. Awesome breakfast (BACON!) well stocked and organized. Loved the mini-waffle maker. Coffee was Seattle's Best - a happy surprise. Carpets in common areas were worn and spotted. There was a strong smell I couldn't identify, maybe air freshener over ethnic cooking? We like the hard surface floors in the room, but there was cleaning residue that made it feel a little yucky. The bathroom had a sliding barn door that didn't function well and provided less privacy than I would prefer.

Good location, comfortable Old building, didn’t like breakfast selection, eggs rubbery, bacon barely cooked, no instant oatmeal

The ice machine didn’t work, which made repacking our travel cooler difficult.

Hotel needs some maintenance and updating. The breakfast was just ok. The biggest issue is the price for what we received. We left feeling like we were ripped off. We paid a premium price for what turned out to be a mediocre stay at best.

Place works hard to renovate everything. Rooms already done and looking good. Breakfast area done and looking good. Only one person for taking care of breakfast and still being around for check-in / checkout, which slows it a little bit down. Otherwise, good place.
