Phenomenal stay! Staff is courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. S’mores by the fire pit at night is the perfect ending to a day out and the food options on property are vast and delicious. Not a complaint whatsoever but would have loved to see better options in the fitness room and the equipment better maintained but overall a 10/10 experience. We will be back!

Charged me double, apologized when I found out after my stay and said deleted it, but in the end didnt do anything and still charged me twice

The Dollywood resort is a great place for a weekend away or a long vacation. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The employees are very kind and helpful. The amenities are great as well. We truly enjoyed our stay.
