This property is beautiful. Hotel is clean and spacious with friendly staff. Warm and welcoming. Great coffee/cafe/food open late. On a side note, for a resort/spa the fitness room was very small and equipment was outdated. For anyone with a daily fitness regiment this was not very useful. Also, the pool was really for young kids mostly, there were no adult areas that were relaxing, lots of kids crowding around the pool deck and jacuzzi areas. Would stay again.

Loved the view

Better for smaller kids. Minus the bus from the resort I could have gotten more and spent less staying at another facility.

The DreamMore resort was a wonderful experience for my wife and I and two teenage grandson's. The room was exceptionally clean and freshened up each day. The bunkbeds were surprisingly spacious and comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lifeguard's my younger grandson made friends with. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Dolly Parton added personal touches to the room with a lit mirror of a butterfly, with her Mama's recipe of cinnamon bread, and a live musician playing music at times in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again!

Came here with my husband six year-old three year-old and one year-old. Everything is at your fingertips. The staff could not be nicer and the property is extremely clean and well maintained perfect proximity to everything that you need to do in pigeon Forge! We love Tennessee.

Was disappointed about the amenities. For the amount of money for each night we thought we were getting a complimentary Breakfast. Everything is an additional charge, like the spa. Was so disappointed about the fast pass perk, it’s limited to only a few rides and you only get 5 times and not per person. We didn’t even use it bc it wasn’t available for any of the rides we wanted to ride. Felt like their should be some kind of food discount at the park perks. We were told our luggage would be in our rooms when we returned from the park bc we did a soft check in as in we were there early, room not ready until 4. We arrived back from the park after 5pm, our room was not ready, had to wait until they got my family and I placed in one that was ready. They wouldn’t let us get to our luggage when my husband needed to get to his medicine, it was urgent. Once we got to our room we had to wait almost an hour for our luggage. I’m thankful my husband held it together as best as he could, He has intense panick attacks and asthma. The place is nice, country ritzy. Has a cozy atmosphere. I just feel like for $500 a night they could do better on the perks. Also Should have rooms ready when they’re suppose to, and luggage always available for guests especially if it’s urgent.

We had a fantastic meal then walked the grounds. It was like being in a hallmark movie. Can’t wait to come back. Oh my wife loved sitting on the rockers and watching the fireworks and drone show. Just wonderful .

Really nice resort! It would have been nice if there were more restaurants on the property. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great stay!

The hotel was nice but not as nice and elevated as I expected for the cost and that it was a Dollywood hotel.

We had a wonderful first visit! The room was nice. Every staff member was wonderful and said hello to us when we passed by. One of the valet employees saw us trying to take a selfie and he walked over and offered to take our picture without being asked. He was so friendly and asked about our plans that day. The spa treatments were very nice and the employees were also super friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.
