Family friendly, but would be nice to have sport activities opportunities on the property. The property is showing its age and room service quality could be better.

The bathroom amenities were not what you’d expect for a $500/night room. I also had a room very far from the elevators. We used to go to Dollywood multiple times a season, but it just isn’t evolving in the hotel properties. It’s the absolute same as 10 yrs ago.

It was super close to the theme park .all of the food was amazing ! We had to wait a whole day for the sheets to come we had to call twice

Overall very nice resort. The restaurant buffet provided good quality food at a fair price. The pool and hot tub were very nice. However the pool and splash zone water was too cold, especially for young children. The nightly smores activity at the fire pit and story time was very nice. Our family suite was too small and felt very crowded. Additionally the HVAC system was noisy and didn’t control the temperature very well.

Awesome family friendly experience great for family vacation the the shuttle to and from both parks was super convenient along with having activities for the kids at night

4-star service mixed with southern hospitality and charm. Every staff member was genuinely happy. I gained a tremendous respect for Dolly as a loving leader and a genius planner. Adults and children have lots of things to do without overlapping. Not one complaint. It’s perfectly designed.

The massage was great, but there were no saunas or steam rooms. The pool was the perfect temperature and I loved the "lazy river" feature, but it is too small for that many guets.

Had issue with cleaning of room . We had to get guest services come vacuum. There was chips all over the floor and u found gold earring . I had to rewipe bathroom and dust cause it was not clean . I noticed the walkways outside need pressure washing too . Cleanliness was lacking at DreamMore.

Loved staying here. So convenient & the shuttle to and from the parks were super helpful with our family and the wide age ranges. Beautiful rooms, landscaping and I can’t wait to go back!

This hotel was so nice and convenient after a tiring day at Dollywood. The pool was nice and their pantry restaurant was open until 11pm.

Very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Highly recommended for families, as this hotel caters to children and offers plenty of activities to keep them entertained. Traveling as a couple during the holidays in the USA in June, we wouldn’t recommend it for those looking to relax by the pool.
