I do wish that there were more discounts or perks offered as rates to stay at the Lodge are higher than most. ie: free entrance to Splash Mountain, or at least Buy on Get one free entrance. Breakfast prices are pricey. Food is delicious but again, it adds up when trying to feed a family. Discounts or free night stays for frequent visits. We love the Lodge. We would love to stay more often and for longer periods of time. 😊

100% recommend Heartsong!!! Our room was ready early, so we were able to leave our luggage, hop on a trolley to Dollywood, and then spend our evening poolside followed by the most delicious dinner. Dollywood was around 100 degrees, so the wrist bands that we received from the hotel helped us skip 5 lines, so we could stay cool all day!!! The staff at Heartsong were all incredible kind, friendly, and helpful! We will definitely book this resort again! Felt like a Disney resort without the hefty price tag!!!!

For 5 people when we arrived the sofa bed wasn’t made up. When we returned from the park 1 bed had been made neither the bunkbeds or sofa bed were remade - very disappointing considering the money we paid

Really clean, well decorated throughout and super comfortable. Pool area was really nice. Everything felt fresh and new, and well maintained. As a guest you get free fast pass for Dollywood, and free transport to and fro the parks A $60 charge was added to my bill from the restaurant that we didn’t use. Queried this with the front desk and am still waiting for this to be rectified

Stunning property, everything you could wish for. Lovely staff, free shuttle to Dollywood Just wish it was a little more reasonable as we’d like to stay for a week next time

Largest hot tub I have ever seen. Trolley to take you to Dollywood. Avoid hassle of parking.

The staff is friendly and helpful in every area and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Bonus if going to Dollywood Park, use the shuttle! So convenient to not have to use your own vehicle and be dropped off right up front. Plus our driver was a delight to visit with 😊 Would absolutely return for another visit and would recommend 10/10!
