We truly loved our stay and felt a little closer to Dolly staying here. Warm, friendly staff, a waterfall pool and porch rockers added to this magical spot. We will always love you Dolly!

The Heart Song was the most amazing property we have had the privilege of staying at in all our travels. Went to pay tribute to the great Dolly & was absolutely in awe of the Heart Song. Hope to return some day

So horrible. I went for remembering Dolly life after her passing. I get home the heartland resorts added an additional amount to already paid room. I really didn't have the money to go in the first place but felt could use 475.00 for hotel and Dollywood tickets. I get home and they charged an additional 275.00 in errors which they did fix. But now it ruined everything. The spirit of Dolly Parton wasn't money and taking every last penny. I could have remembered Dolly at home for 700.00 I don't have

Please don't miss out on this amazing and cozy GEM nestled in Pigeon Forge, TN. The rooms are impeccably clean, the beds are like clouds, and the cinnamon bread french toast seems to to melt in your mouth. Trust me, you and your family won't regret it.

Nice, clean resort with great amenities. Good for families. The breakfast buffet wasn’t worth it imo. Loved the frequent shuttle service to Dollywood. It was very convenient. Overall loved the secluded mountain resort feel. If you want to head out to go somewhere else to eat it’s about a 10 minute drive . Would love to come back.

10/10 beautiful property

The balcony, the bathroom, the beds, the cleanliness and all of the staff were amazing and made our stay very memorable. The golden hour access to Dollywood was well worth it as we managed to ride 4 of the biggest / busiest coasters before the main gates opened to everyone else! The evening firepit and roasting of marshmallows was a huge hit with our kids (and me) and a lovely little something extra for residents at the resort. There were no drawers in the room, with a family of 4 staying for 6 nights it made it slightly difficult to settle in as we had to live out of the suitcases...

Very clean and shuttle to Dollywood was very convenient.

The restaurant Ember & Elm scored a perfect 10. The resort was like it was run by Chick-fil-a. The pool was Great! Nothing. Everything was Perfect ! .......

Loved everything about the property- service, cleanliness, staff, all of the different sitting areas. It was warm and cozy! We will be back!

We loved our stay at Dollywood Heart Song. The shuttle to the Dollywood theme park and water park was fantastic - it ran frequently and the drivers were always friendly. Our room was fantastic - really large and a great set up for our family of four. The bunk beds were a hit with our children. We really liked the Market within the hotel which offered takeaway pizza and Starbucks coffee. It was also easy to pick up snacks for our children. Our kids enjoyed the complimentary 7pm marshmallow toasting each night. They also loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were great at recommending shows/attractions within the Dollywood theme park (I recommend the shows: Play on and Heidi Kin and friends) Check in was easy and straightforward. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bell staff were also super helpful. Ample free parking on site. Getting a drink as a non-US resident guest was a hassle. Our UK driving license had to be checked by a member of management each time (we are in our mid forties). I'd encourage the hotel to better sign post their drinks/food service by the pool as it wasn't obvious to us how to order food or drinks by the pool. The restaurants in the hotel had a lack of vegetarian options but the veggie burger was nice. I couldn't really understand why both hotel restaurants had basically the same menu either - variety between the two would have been appreciated. The restaurants felt overpriced.

For the price paid for this so-called luxury hotel, it had numerous problems: shower that leaked in the bathroom floor due to poor design and even worse installation, an A/C unit that continued to bang and even the maintenance staff could not fix; poor climate control system that would make the room extremely cold or too warm; poor lighting; uncomfortable bed and pillows; difficult to operate TV; very limited handicap parking; poor directional signage to exit and access elevators; and difficult to open room entry door. Would NEVER stay there again.

The resort was beautiful and most of the staff were very nice. However, on Tuesday 8/11/26 in the early evening we tried to eat at the bar and we never received any service. We were never greeted nor waited on and ended up leaving.
