We loved the warm pool that was crystal clear. Breakfast was a disappointment. We were so happy they offered it! Sadly the 3 dollar pancakes were overcooked and not good with margarine. The eggs were reconstituted. The icy orange juice was a full 16 ounces and the best! And the service was great! Because the pancakes and eggs were bad we opted never to return with 100s of better options all around. Corkys barbecue was a great dinner option! Check in was great and the lady so sweet, let us check in early! And we loved the location-on the edge of all the crazy where I prefer.

The beds were comfy and water pressure in the shower was awesome.

Very nice and close to other things in town.

We had a small issue with opening our room door, the key worked but our door stuck. I went to the office and ask if we could be moved to another room that would open easier and there wasn't a problem with it at all even told us to take our time getting moved. They gave us another room on the ground floor and it was just perfect. By the way they are dog friendly and my Jasmine even like our stay. I highly recommend that you stay here while visiting Pigeon Forge!! ⭐ 😁

We visited for 3 nights. We love visiting the Smoky Mountians. Check in was easy and check out was even better, just had to leave the room keys in the room when we left. No need to stop at the front desk which made in easy and very convient. We did go to the bar/ resturant after check in for something to eat. Did not know closing time was at 9pm which it was 845 when we arrived. The bartender/ server at that time maybe Justin was his name, seemed a little annoyed with us but we still ordered our food but felt bad. The food was good, which we had breakfast the next day there, that was good as well. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfy for a hotel. Great view of the passing traffic from the balcony. Did see some fireworks off in the distance each night. No elevators but had to walk up ramps to get to rooms. Not bad. Did not get a chance to see the pool. Ran out of time. Overall a good stay. We will stay here again in the future.

Hotel rooms are very dated but that's why it's cheap rates. Got our breakfast voucher and the restaurant was clueless had no plans of anything rude the whole time very disappointed with this visit

I paid more for my Pet Fee for my Brittany Spaniel than I did for my one night stay....no adjustment, just a solid big fee that was buried in the fine print when I booked. It won't show up in the Hotels.com site, you need to go to the hotel's website to learn the amount of their pet fee. And carpet was stained and looked very dirty...I sprayed with a disinfectant to try to kill anything growing and eliminate odors...property has deferred maintenance. One good point was it was on the strip of Pigeon Forge...

My wife and I stayed 8 nights here and I have no complaints. I really liked they are pet friendly and if you need anything like towels or bed sheets it was by text and they were left outside your room. We didn't spend alot of time there except to sleep with all the activities we had planned. On the 2nd floor there was a balcony area with comfortable chairs and a fireplace always lit. On the cooler nights we sat down there for a bit just enjoying time together with our 2 pups relaxing. I would stay here again for sure. 4 3/4 stars.
