First of all the hotel has no elevator and for someone with a bad knee to have to go up and down a steep ramp was very difficult. At check in I asked if there were any discount tickets available i was sent to talk to another lady and asked them they asked me who I was traveling with and I told her my best friend well without any explanation I was handed a parking pass and politely excused. Breakfast was not very good at all. To make matters worse right outside our room was a sitting area with a fireplace the first night there were people sitting out there being very loud till 330 in the morning the next night they gathered out there to see the fireworks then a few left but the ones who stayed again were loud why put something like that outside a room so to say the least no rest and considering having to check out at 10 and didnt get to sleep till 4 was rough. For this to be associated with Westgate it was not up tp par. So to say the least I doubt I would ever recommend staying here.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. We had to get our room keys replaced NINE TIMES because they kept deactivating. The rooms were gross, the tub wouldn't drain, the air conditioning was barely cold, the bed was as hard as a rock... this place needs some serious updating. We will never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Clean room with great staff. Sliding lock was broken but the dead bolt worked fine.

We received an excellent price. When we checked in we were given a handicap room but didn’t know that until we got to room. I guess because more room was needed for the bathroom there was no closet to hang clothes or set suitcases out of the way. So room was a bit small. We were glad to have microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker. I loved the hair dryer. Unfortunately it had no brand name on it to try and get one for myself.

The pool area had furniture that was not something you wanted to sit on. Log cabin style. so hard you didn't sit long. The only saving grace was the food in the restaurant. German beer was good. German food was good.

Wood work around the lavatory could have been a little cleaner. For the age of the facility it was good. The beds and bathroom were very clean. The location for Pigeon Forge was very convenient, very accessible.

No frills room with a comfortable bed! Stacy in the Tavern was amazing, as were the front desk receptionists. It was also at the end of the strip in Pigeon Forge, which made it much quieter and relaxing. The first room we got did not have windows and I am claustrophobic! I called the front desk and they quickly accommodated us to a new room with windows :)

Nice feel Feels like I am in the woods.

It’s. It high end if you get out over in the old half but it’s still clean and we enjoyed our stay. Just had outdated look. Restaurant on site was nice.

Easy to book and they worked with us when Expedia defaulted to my maiden name.

Front desk lady was super nice!

It was affordable. The room wasn't cleaned on a daily basis.

Location Dog barking in next room, small room, poor water press.

Walk in to lobby greeted by Briana. She was very curious and friendly. My room was ready as requested. She explained the policies in well I could understand. Room was presented in a at home condition. Air conditioner worked awesomely. The on site restaurant is a big plus. Free pancake breakfast was just what I needed. Staff was great in all except of service. Would stay there again if I'm ever back that way.
