The Lodge at Camp Margaritaville

Had a great time at this resort, and since it was the day after July 4th a lot of folks were leaving out, so it wasn’t crowded at all. We will definitely return here. Overall it was a great time.

Great property. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly but I will not be back. Seemed more like a party spot for middle age folks but advertised as family friendly. I took my kids and the music never stopped and someone was banging on my door at 1am drunk trying to get in our room. I woke up to leave for the day and empty wine bottle were in front of my door. You have to pay a resort fee but then also pay $10 daily for parking, pay to play any arcade games, pay for breakfast…so I’m not sure what the resort fee actually covers. The shower grout was dirty and stained orange. We reserved a room that also had a roll away bed so I had to request pillows and blankets. The pillow had red marks on it my child thought was blood. I paid well over $600 for the total 2 night stay and this is what I usually pay to stay a suite with full kitchen on a beach! The only thing you don’t have to pay for here is to get in the pool. The lazy river had operating hours that said closed at 10 but we went at 8pm after out all day and it was locked. So again not sure why we paid so much for a room, $80 resort fee and $10 a day for parking when all we got was a room and 1 pool access and being disturbed by drunks

We loved the pool and activities for our son, but the hotel was very understaffed and we had lots of issues with food/drinks. Our room also wasn’t super clean, and the tv didn’t work. I feel like we were one of the rare ones that had a not great experience. We were so excited to stay here too, and hope to go back and have a better time

Pet and family friendly. We had an issue at check-in and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Everyone there was friendly and more than helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to answer any questions. The food was very good and we enjoyed being able to have lunch out by the pool.

Family of 4 stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights. Main reason for coming was to visit Dollywood and enjoy the pool. I’m a huge Margaritaville fan and usually have very high ratings of resorts we have stayed at previously. Staff was amazing! Check-in staff to our waiter were incredible! Nice, attentive and very keen on making our stay enjoyable. Our room was nicely sized, and the beds were clean. We did find hair in the bathroom and a huge sticky spot on the floor that remained for both days, even after housekeeping came the first day. My kids enjoyed the pool area, but for both days we visited, there were clumps of hair around and in the pool. While trying to relax in the longer chairs, my husband and I were getting bothered by fleas. I don’t know if they were in the mulch around the pool or what, but it made it very undesirable. They also charge a parking fee of $10 per night, which we have never experienced before at a Pigeon Forge Resort. We probably will not return to the lodge.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Just like anything you’re going to have things that you loved and things that were all that great. For instance, we were disappointed in the breakfast buffet food served in the main dining room but loved the lunch and dinner options from Fin’s. The bar staff was excellent. Our granddaughter loved the pool but we weren’t a little scared with some of the broken tiles along the pool edge. Every single person from front desk, to hostesses, store clerk and housekeeping were amazing. We will return.

I did not like the fact that we were charged $10.00 a day to park our car on the hotel parking lot. Kids were in the lazy river like it was a pool, Jumping off the sides, swimming around everyone and splashing.

We had the grandkids. Lots to do. Pool was great.

Loved our stay! Most of the arcade games and pool were free. The pool was nice! Our room was huge. Very kind employees. We’ll be back!

Loved the pool space and the room was so clean and larger than a regular hotel room! The staff was so friendly!

The property could be amazing with the amenities but it was not very clean. If the property would be cleaner and adding an indoor pool, it would be the best.

I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The property itself did not disappoint! The balcony room was beautiful and very clean! We were absolutely delighted with how spacious it was and truly the view! The balcony room is worth it! The resort was well maintained and the front desk staff were very friendly. We would stay again!

Great for families!

This was exactly the hotel we were looking for! Had such a relaxing evening at the restaurant and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and kids loved the arcade and lawn games!

Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!
