Absolutely loved my stay at Camp Margaritaville. The amenities are amazing, the staff was exceptional, and the rooms were BIG. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know who plans a visit to Pigeon Forge, TN.

The staff was great. Cleaning of the room never happened. Beds never made. Had to ask for towels and toiletries. Breakfast too expensive for what was offered. Recreation staff excellent. Mock pina coladas wonderful.

Price at the hotel was higher than the price I was quoted on Hotels and the front desk remedied that beyond what was necessary. All staff were helpful and friendly.

Fun place to stay. Kids liked the pool and slide. Minor thing but when we got to the room none of the lights worked. We tried finding a master switch but couldn't find one anywhere. Went back to the front desk and they let us know it under a curtain. The location should probably be explained at check in. Then no hand soap. Went back to the desk and they gave us some. Overall a good stay

The staff at this hotel were the friendliest and most helpful staff members I have encountered in Pigeon Forge. Every person that I spoke with was so helpful, but also so kind. Everyone seemed happy and always cheerful. I really appreciated all of the thoughtfulness that was put into the design of this hotel. My daughter and I always do a quick getaway to Pigeon Forge before school starts. We usually bounce around and try different hotels, I think we will come to back to Margaritaville Lodge next year.
