Still beautiful but more expensive than previous years, no includied breakfast.

Clean Spacious I would highly recommend to stay

We arrived early and were told that I would receive a text message as soon as our room was ready. Since we had some time, we decided to go to the beach first. When we returned, we were covered in sand and wanted to rinse off. However, the only showers were located inside the pool area, which required a room key to access. Since we had not yet received our keys, we had to walk all the way to the lobby covered in sand to check if our room was ready. By then it was already 4:00 p.m., and they finally gave us our room keys. The pool was extremely small and had only one small umbrella with a table for two people. There was no other shaded area, so I had to stand in the sun the entire time we were there. The fire pits at the outdoor tables also did not work. Our room was on the second floor, and the floor kept shaking so much that it felt like there was an earthquake. It scared us at first, but after going downstairs we realized the washing machines were directly below our room, causing the vibrations. The hotel's location is great, but it needs many improvements to provide a comfortable and enjoyable guest experience.

Lovely property but all rooms surround the parking lot. Our room was large and well appointed however we had a view of another parking lot and no ocean view whatsoever. I would recommend asking specifically for ocean view and a room closer to the cliffs. Nice walking path to the steps leading to beach, and you can then walk all the way to the pier and attractions.

Ocean view room, very clean!

Best part was the soft, comfortable beds and oversized room, it’s not often you get 2 king beds and plenty of space in the room.

The staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We love the room and the location. There is one hot tub and there were a bunch of kids in it. We wanted to enjoy the fire pit, but it was occupied both nights. We love that it has Starbucks coffee. I’m a vegetarian so disappointed by the breakfast options. An egg sandwich without meat would be a good option. Comfortable bed, clean room. Glad to have a fridge.

Rooms are big and clean. Staff very nice. The views are amazing and people were able to have music at the lounge chairs facing the sea

Overall good

Very beautiful view from the ocean side rooms. Very small rooms however. With the ocean view comes the public trail and fire pits outside your door. Noisy and not a bit private. Closet was not deep enough to even fit the hangers. They also charge for parking which i missed somehow in the overview. It is a long walk to the beach with a stair case of over 100 stairs. Not a big deal for some but is a big deal if you have difficulty negotiating steps. Very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. No housekeeping unless you ask for it.

Walking distance to the beach and downtown

Beautiful hotel on the ocean of Pismo beach. Very nice staff and easy parking. The firepits are popular and right outside the window. Very romantic stop. Also found an amazing Mexican food downtown pismo and cinnamon rolls. Would stop back if every in the area again.

Everything was wonderful. Just what we needed when we needed it!

Loved our upstairs room with big window facing the ocean. We could keep our window open and still have privacy. We could hear the waves crashing all night.

I can't believe I paid $700 to stay here. It absolutely was not priced properly.

We had a wonderful stay! We were traveling with young kids and our dog, and this hotel was a great choice. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, with stair access down to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great for kids play or relaxing. There are also plenty of great places to eat just a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone traveling with pets!

Rooms perfect and clean and enough towels and AC was amazing, close to beach front! Within short distance of pier and close drive. Will definitely stay again.

Clean room. Beds were super comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. Pool and hot tub were amazing. You can borrow umbrellas, towels and games to take to the beach for free.
