Amazing Views, close walk to the downtown area, vineyards, hikes, great amenities, late checkouts and use of pool the day you leave. Will be back.

Breakfast could have been better but standard for hotels that offer free breakfast. Pismo is beautiful and you get direct access to the beach from this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, until we checked out the facility and staff were amazing. We will definitely stay here again, if we visit Pismo Beach again. The facility brought in a wine tasting vendor, had a yoga instructor for some stretching overlooking the beach. The pool / spas were nice, the tables with fires were a very nice finish to the day. Beach access via the stairs was nice. The bar / grill located out front worked flawlessly with the hotel property. Location, location, location.

Hostess Dawn was excellent. She was the most customer friendly person in my 5 day trip to pismo beach. The hotel is a great location with beach access & a 10 min walk to the pier. Definitely more on the family side so expect youngsters in a small resort type environment with rooms surrounding the beautiful landscape & pool area nestled just above the beach down the stairway.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The view was disappointing from the room. Breakfast was okay. Coffee and tea was good and available at all times which was nice. The view in the grounds was what we came for but looks like anyone could access the grounds with it being so open. We were able to walk to restaurants around. The price for this room did not match what it was. Would not stay here again.

Beach access is nice. The room is not very good. Mold in the bathroom. The beds are harder than sleeping on the floor. The “free” breakfast is not good

They may they need to make sure that the maids get the mail, mildew and hair out of the tub and make sure that the coffee makers are clean inside and out that was a problem

Breakfast and free parking were nice but the real outstanding features were the location and the way the hotel has taken advantage with the many areas to relax and enjoy the view with firepits, comfortable chairs and tables spread around the grounds. 3 hot tubs and a pool with a special area for little ones were also a plus. Our room was comfortable and well appointed.

Great location with ocean views from almost all of the rooms and a staircase down to the beach! They have 3 hot tubs, a pool and fire pits around the property. The room was renovated and modern, clean and comfortable. Loved it!

The patio and fire pits were a nice touch for the cool evenings. Our room had a view of the ocean which was beautiful. Lots & lots of kids (20 or more at one time) overtake the pool and I’m sure that’s the time of year. We’d stay again
