The Tides Oceanview Inn and Cottages

Great location. Rooms clean and quiet.

The bathroom in the room that I got was so small and when someone is getting a shower nobody can use the restroom and for the room 2 queen beds it is not comfortable. No safe box and no closet in the room .

Not what I was expecting. Clean room not much to say after that.

The room is super clean and toiletries are superp. Left my small gold ring and staff reported it and found in lost and found. Will pick up next month. Honest staff👍

Very clean and wonderful staff

Next door is the Seaside Inn which has a beach access for the public to use. We went during low tides and was surprised by many caves and tide pools to explore. The beach was beautiful and filled with life. Must see especially at sunrise.

Beautiful place to stay. Enjoyed the views. The room was very nice and the staff were friendly. Brought along our dog. Dog friendly.

When I stayed there with my husband and kids the sheets on the beds were dirty when we pulled back the comforter. I immediately reached out to the front desk but they were closed the sister hotel next door sent someone over with clean sheets that I had to change myself. The manager at the sister hotel kept apologizing and told me to contact the manager at my hotel (Denise) in the morning and she would “make it right” the following morning spoke to Denise and explained everything that happened, showed her pictures of the beds to which she apologized. She stated she would be happy to make it right and do a refund but due to me booking through a 3rd party I have to initiate it through them and if I did so she would be happy to do the refund. Fast forward to today and Experian informed me they have reached out numerous time and have not received a response from them for the refund approval. To say I’m upset is an understatement. Expecting people to sleep in dirty rooms and then doing nothing to make it right but yet keeping my money is unacceptable. Please don’t stay at this hotel.

This was the greatest find! It was so reasonably priced for. how nice it was. The views and amenities were fantastic. We will definitely be back!!

We called the front office about a noise complaint, there were people with a big dog staying in the room above ours, for house we just heard footsteps, furniture moving, dog barking and footsteps. We called the next morning asking for a different room and was told if there was a complaint they would talk to them. Next night new people were staying above us and showed up drunk yelling at each other at midnight. I had to turn the tv on and the ac unit on due to not waking my dog and my pregnant wife. That was our first and last time staying at that hotel.

The only issue was quite time was not enforced. There was a group of young men under us and they were extremely loud

The only thing I would say is the window cover lets all the light in. It is a beautiful place and very, very clean.

Loved the rooms

Facilities was clean, however it was very odd that there was no closets in the room. The walls were also paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. Would not stay here again

I guess I'll be staying at home .

Newly renovated rooms. Great views. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but usable. Late check in shifts to sister property next door. Unfortunately I was kept up by very loud neighbors and there is no staff overnight. Had to call a sister property next door for support. So be mindful if traveling late/needing assistance overnight.
