The Atterbury Hotel, Autograph Collection

This was a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in a fabulous location for going to see a Pirates game since the stadium is just a quick walk away. Convenient for walking to other restaurants and bars. Art deco decor is cool and bed was comfy. Only complaint was that one of the elevators was broken and it made for long waits during busy times.

The Atterbury was perfect for our needs as we were there for baseball. It’s a newly renovated and there are still kinks to be worked out - the TV didn’t work but was fixed the thing that holds the shampoo and

Front desk was nasty. Hotel needs work

Everything was good except I requested to have my room cleaned and that didn’t happen. There was also a wedding going on and I was meeting friends at the hotel so that impacted me a bit but overall is was a good stay and the people at the front desk when I was leaving yesterday were super helpful.

The location was great, it’s very central to several dining locations and venues. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Terrific location, directly across from the Clemente Bridge, which takes you to both the Pirates and Steelers Stadiums.

Exceptional

There were 2 weddings that weekend which used the entire lobby area and staircase. So I was forced to take the elevator and find another location outside of the hotel just to sit and have a conversation with some friends or relax while waiting for others to get ready.

Location, beautiful lobby, comfortable room Wish something special for price. Had to pay even for a water in room.

Unfortunately a few things marred what could have been excellent stay. 1. Tv interface.os is terrible. Hard to believe hugh end hotel does not provide free wifi you either pay $5 or have to join mbonvoy. First night paid $5 did not even get 24 hrs only good for calendar day? So decided to join mbonvoy but for whatever reason app was denied and to pissed to pay again so had no wifi service 2nd night. And tv remote barely worked...otherwise room .bedding was nice and high end newly renovated. Also ordered 34.00 steak frites at bar and got not an entire steak but a few pieces only of cut up meat. Never had that happen. Shocking and very chintzy.

Upon arrival, Tannika was super helpful and included a breakfast voucher. Servers (especially Autumn) at The Drafting Room were wonderful! Food excellent. Room was spectacular! Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful hotel & staff! Our stay was amazing! The lobby was beautiful & cozy. The front desk staff, especially the front desk supervisor Tanesha Francis, was amazing, incredibly kind & helpful. I have some special mobility needs & Tanesha went above & beyond in assisting my husband & I in getting the type of room I needed. The room was impeccably clean. Also, the staff in the bar area were great, the deserts were delicious. And the valet on for the weekend was also so helpful. Really looking forward to another stay here!
