This place was absolutely disgusting and needs to be gutted and remodeled.

Old property. Not a Double Tree class.

Amazing rooms great staff, very clean

The property is as clean and the staff was nice. It needs to be updated though. Very old. Wallpaper pealing off walls. Not great for $300 a night

Good location for downtown Portland. Friendly staff. Chantel was helpful in planning our 4th of July activities. Room clean, although I personally don’t care for carpets. Also it smelled faintly of cigarettes despite being non smoking. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Note that it is $19 - not the $13 Expedia said. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the free cookies.

Quick, hassle free check in! Prioerty is clean, and conveniently located to everything. Just what I'm looking for.

After many delayed flights, Kevin was able to send a can to pick us up at 1am. I didn’t catch the driver’s name but she was very kind. Similarly, the next day, we rode the shuttle back to the airport with a man who was very kind and knowledgeable about travel and places to visit. The property was clean, comfortable and safe.

Rooms seem recently remodeled. Clean and comfortable beds. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or the hallway.

Easy parking, nice room and friendly staff

No bar soap, Shampoo and lotion were empty. Floor was not vacuumed, and previous occupant had left creamer and food in the mini-fridge. Very poor cleanup before I checked into my room

This was the worst hotel ever dirty

2)no bar of soap at the sink in the bathroom. There is a soap dispenser in the shower 3) no box of Kleenex in the Kleenex holder 4)Only one washcloth for 2 people. 5)No backup roll of toilet paper. 6)There was only an opened and partially used coffee condiment that would usually have powder cream sugars in it, etc. 7)There were no cups in the bathroom to use. 8)There were two paper coffee cups. I was concerned about using those because you could tell that the room hadn’t been serviced properly. It felt very unclean. We had to hang a piece of clothing over the white thing on the wall with the two lights that kept flashing constantly like strobe lights going off constantly. The drapes wouldn’t close either so the room darkness didn’t work properly. Secondly, in addition to all the issues with the room, servicing or lack of we, and the condition of the room, it just made it feel very dirty unclean and uncomfortable. 2 nights into our stay, we removed the sign from our door knob so our room would be serviced. When we returned after dinner, we found that no one had ever serviced our room and we could not shower until we were able to get towels, etc..

It was close to things around Wifi didn't work for my kids, tv was a pain also room phone didn't work right I've stayed at lower star hotels that were better then here, pool had clumps of hair floating around

The room was very clean! The hotel had nice, helpful staff! Overall the stay was great!!

Great location and convenient to shopping and dining options. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
