Staff was friendly and helpful The rates during this weekend were 2x higher than usual . My room was described as Harbor view but the hotel does not have any waterfront view due to the buildings in front of it.

We made full payment but we’re double charged for one room plus many incidental charges which we could not understand. ( Parking was $35/ day for 3 days but many figures did not add up). They at least replied and said the extra charges would drop off after 5/7 work days. The Residence Inn in Boston did not double charge. Only the Portland and Concord ones did.

Staff was extremely friendly, hot breakfast each morning was very helpful to start the day. Close vicinity to downtown which made an easy walk to avoid parking fees. Definitely get the parking pass from hotel, this will save you time and patience. Parking is extremely limited.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was comfortable, very clean and loved that it had a full kitchen. Great location, amazing breakfast buffet and wonderful staff! Absolutely nothing!
