Reviews

The location was close to the bay and the attractions we wanted to see. The hotel decor was clean and fresh looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The shuttle service worked well.
-
The room was nicely sized. The bed was so-so, not bad, but little lower than I like. Big refrigerator. The place was quiet. Breakfast was good. Downtown Portland and garage parking. Four nights, walkable for my needs of a mile or less. I enjoyed my stay.

From the welcome at check in until the end, the staff and location were great. Parking was easy and our guest attendant, Abbott, was incredible. For a family of four, this was perfect.
-
This hotel is excellent! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast is such a great start to the day. This is our second stay here and we will book here every year.
-
It ia walking distance to waterfront and restaurants. Front desk staff is friendly.

We got the 2 bedroom suite for my family of 4. The whole experience was amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious (for a hotel), plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked well. The breakfast was great with add-ons and was constantly replenished. The pool and pool area were clean with LOTS of towels, the laundry room had plenty of machines, and the gym had great equipment. Location was great, right within walking distance of everything. Overall, it was an exceptional experience!

Very clean hotel with a nice bar.

We had a large room that was clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the selection of food at breakfast. We were fortunate to find free parking on the street for our overnight stay so we did not have to pay the $35 parking fee. It is a short walk to the water and there are lots of restaurants to choose from in the area.
-
Close to area we wanted to visit Asked for clean towels one of our rooms received them the other did not.
-
My one and only huge complaint is having to pay $35.00 a day to park my car in a garage, i am not accustomed to having to pay to park where I am paying to stay already. There needs to be at least a Discount! Parking if you go anywhere in Maine is outrageously high!!!

Location, staff and cleanliness No coffee or refreshments....water.... available 24/7 in lobby
-
Nice, clean, spacious rooms. The breakfast was super crowded, but there was a nice variety. Nice walkable area to Old Port.
-
Room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a good selection of food. A major negative for the food was my wife dished up a bowl of oatmeal and found a long hair in it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We used the laundry room and it was sufficient for our needs. Parking was convenient but expensive at $35 per day.
-
Fantastic free breakfast, friendly staff, good indoor swimming pool. Only one elevator seemed to be working and there were some maintenance issues (large swaths of peeling wallpaper on our floor, for example). Personally I found the beds and pillows to be uncomfortable, but I know that's a matter of taste. The location was walkable to downtown Portland, but south of Franklin St would be even more central if that's what you're after. The breakfast spread was legitimately great! I was very happy to have so many toppings for oatmeal and cold iced coffee. The kids loved the make your own waffles.

The location was excellent for a trip to Portland. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good for a buffet and I really appreciated the station with Iced coffee!
-
Hotel is very nice, paid parking is very close by. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. We didn't realize the hotel has a good sized kitchenette which looked to have most basic things you would need if you wanted to do your own meal prepping. It's a block or so, easy walk to the waterfront and eastern promenade. There was a festival the day we arrived so lots of food vendors and music. It's only a few blocks from Old Port.
-
Complimentary breakfast buffet included wide variety of options as well as hot and iced coffee. Free shuttle to and from airport. Reusable water bottle filling station. 24 hr front desk service.
-
This property was close to the airport, restaurants, bars, and harbour. It was within walking distance to everything in downtown Portland. The hotel staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast buffet was provided and had numerous items to choose from. The room itself was a suite and had a sitting area, and kitchen. The hotel also provided an airport shuttle, which was extremely convenient and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable drivers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
