Location Not being able to access the exercise room

Won't stay here again. Looks nice on the outside but inside was old and run down. With my slippers on walking on the bathroom floor felt "sticky". Probably wasn't but one of the lampshades looked like it had blood on it that was askew and sticking to the wall.

Rooms are Always clean, staff is always helpful & friendly, rooms are affordable, great location!

I liked the location and that parking was available. They do only have stairs to get upstairs. Wasn’t a problem for me but it could be a problem for some.

The pool area needs work and also it's a bit crazy to me that my 16 year old daughter can swim isn't allowed in the pool without someone 2 years older is crazy

Everything was good. Though pool was cold.

Clean room good breakfast, but the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. It took around 3 to 5 minutes to drain.

Close proximity Breakfast lacking. Only waffles available.

Location and staff was pleasant I didn't like the first floor I don't like that first floor and the fact that there's no elevators there's only complaint that I have and no exercise room to work out in that could be a plus if it was operational

nothing the call me and cancel my room due to no room available and I had to rush and get new room, and booking has not refunded my room had two hour to fine room for my mom and sister with disability

The walls of my room were covered in dirt. The hallways look like they are never vacuumed. Would not stay again. Very upset that I spent over 100 to be there.

To start the hotel was in a not so nice area. There was always weird people outside the hotel.

For the price it was okay, could be cleaner. The staff was awesome though and very friendly.

It was a little run down but it was clean overall
