Bridgeway Inn & Suites Portland Airport

You get what you pay for. A cheap place to stay. Rugs are well worn, lots of damage to furniture in room. Breakfast was sub-par. Front desk personnel were friendly though.

The room was clean and fine and the swimming pool and jacuzzi we're working fine. The free breakfast menu was hot sausage with waffles cold cereals, juices, etc.

All of the staff has been fantastic. Ashley is amazing.

They were very pet friendly and that was nice. The lobby looked very nice. Unfortunately it was not very clean. I have seen worse but my coffee pot cord had gum on it. The hallways were dirty the pool and hot tub looked as if the paint or drywall or something had fallen into it. The staff was friendly but not always helpful. The stay was not horrible but could have used improvement.

This place offers complimentary coffee and breakfast. Breakfast was nothing to special but it's available. The room was clean, TV worked, and check-in was easy.

I wouldnt know, I was stuck in Grants pass and greyhound never picked me up, and when I finaly could get through to the hotel about it they penalized me 257.53 for not being able to leave Grants pass to make my hotel stay even tho I called as soon as I knew and no one picked up the phone.

Two suggestions. 1. The bathroom fan was very noisy. 2. The lobby should have some drinking water in addition to the coffee that was kindly available. Otherwise, it was a quiet and convenient location for the airport.

Breakfast was extremely limited. Even the coffee ran out. Also, gym was 'out of order', which is a HUGE minus for me. The machines were just standing there and door was permanently locked.
