Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall check-in experience. The front desk associate did not greet us upon arrival or provide a welcoming introduction. She also did not ask whether we were members of the hotel's rewards program or affiliated with any airline loyalty program that could be added to our profiles. Additionally, no information or recommendations were offered regarding dining options, either onsite or nearby. We were also not informed that the gym was currently out of service. The check-in process consisted only of assigning our rooms, telling us which floor we were on, asking us to sign the registration paperwork, and requesting the year, make, model, and color of our vehicle. That was the extent of the interaction. There was no "Enjoy your stay," no directions to the elevators, and no additional information about the hotel or its amenities. Thankfully, this was not a large full-service Marriott property; otherwise, I genuinely believe my 80-year-old father and uncle may have had difficulty finding their way around without any guidance. As someone with extensive hotel experience, I understand that a warm and informative check-in sets the tone.

The people weren't truly welcoming. Dismissive even in a way. There wasn't any other problems however.

We booked this hotel for a wedding weekend in the area, chosen mostly because of pictures of the pool. We arrived to find no pool or jacuzzi. There were no vending or ice machines on our floor (2nd), despite a room delegated for them. There was som kind of a party in the room above us until about 3:00AM Saturday Morning which kept us up most of the night. Had I taken this reservation just myself, it would have been much easier to cope with. Traveling as a Family with a 6 year old, I would not recommend!

Large rooms with lots of storage. Restaurant next door.

Property good, can use and update/remodel. Very noisy room, lots of strange equipment noise. Probably won’t return because was hard to sleep.
-
The guy at the front desk was amazing, he made our night h accommodating the 5 of us. Thank you again
-
The tv didn’t work - and when I called to ask after unpacking the desk clerk knew this when they checked me in … should have asked and given me the option. Instead gave me a breakfast voucher for the restaurant and now I’ve been sick since eating there …

Good for one night stop. I clearly mentioned in our search that we are 5 travellers and in the reservation it says good for 5persons though they mentioned 2 queen bed, we are expectig that there is sofa bed or foldable bed, but upon arrival they do not have room that can accomodate 5 so we end up taking another room which offcourse cost us extra.
