Everything was great except breakfast was closed before the time disclosed.

Things I wasn’t crazy about: 1) The luggage carts. Weird design and not very useful for hauling luggage and hanging wardrobes. 2) The key cards were very sensitive and took several taps here & there for them to work. 3) The big fabric barrel chair in the room was too deep to sit in comfortably. 4) The little side table is so small it’s not good for much.

It was a nice place had everything we needed

Check-in took longer than expected because there was only one staff member working at the front desk. While the employee was courteous, the wait was frustrating after a long day of travel. During check-in, I asked how to access the hotel breakfast since we had paid an additional breakfast surcharge through our reservation. The front desk staff told me that the breakfast staff would have a list of guests who had purchased breakfast. The next morning, however, the breakfast staff told us they did not have such a list and that we needed to get the details from the front desk. After speaking with the front desk, we were informed that only two guests were covered for breakfast. The situation was confusing and highlighted a lack of communication between hotel staff regarding breakfast benefits. Because the breakfast terms were not clearly communicated and the process was confusing, I contacted Expedia. After reviewing the issue, Expedia agreed to refund the breakfast surcharge. In addition, our room was not serviced during our stay even after we removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign from the door, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel needs to improve communication among staff, provide clearer information about guest benefits, and ensure housekeeping services are provided consistently.

The bed was so comfy and the room has nice space and seating. The shower is a good size and modern, and there is a lot of space in the bathroom. The bathroom floor seemed a little sticky, maybe from the cleaner that is used. There is shower gel and shampoo, but no lotion. The coffee situation isn't great - the maker in the room is tiny and the coffee/cream don't taste good. There's no free lobby coffee, but there is a bistro where you can buy expensive coffee.

There is a 7-Eleven adjacent to the property, but getting there was far less convenient than it sounds. The path felt like walking through a forest, making a quick trip for snacks or drinks more of a trek than expected. Overall, I felt nickel-and-dimed during my stay, and the lack of affordable food and beverage options left a negative impression.

My favorite place to stay in town! Everything was great
-
Made a compliant twice. Noise level was an issue. Delton and Aden were awesome!!! Food was good! Amenities were great!

The reality is if you stay more then one night your better off with separate reservations so you get a fresh room when you return from a day out.

Our room was dirty. Long silver hair on the floor all over the place. Spots on the chair and walls. It seemed that it was not cleaned before we arrived. When we tried to talk to someone about it they were always on the phone and didn't want to be bothered. The breakfast that was available with the coupon given to us at check in was very limited and not at all full meals. And we were questioned about where we got the coupon as if we had not be given it. Overall rude morning staff and not a clean room. Disappointing because we spent an extra $150 to stay there instead of the place closer to the event we were attending because we expected it to be a nicer/cleaner place to stay.

Nice place. The only negative comment has to go to the 10. per day parking junk fee!! It is absolutely ridiculous to charge guests to park a car!!!
-
Nice clean hotel. Nice lobby and bar area with pool table.
-
Cleanliness and the smell in the hallways. I felt that the staff lacked he professionalism that I would expect from a Marriott.

Room accommodations, staff friendliness and professionalism was great
