My check in was absolutely horrible I arrived 2 hours after check in they didn’t have my room cleaned the girl at the desk told me it was my fault not hers I should have called. Wanted to charge me extra to get a room that was clean already or I had to wait. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Room was very spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. Parking was great and secured. Overall, an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, dirty. Bed and pillows were sunk in. Room wasn’t very clean, desk sticky and visibly dirty. Table by chair had crumbs on it, there was big blob of black hair in the shower. Very sketchy area which I didn’t know that till after I had checked in. Felt unsafe in the parking lot due to people hanging out. Next day at a sporting event for my grand child I meet several local people that advised me to not stay in that area as it was was not safe. Booked thru Booking.com forfeited 2nd night prepaid stay and went some where else. Would not recommend.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was a B+. Husband was excited to have MLB on the TV (Red Sox❤️). Excellent location for I-84 east & west.

We felt our brief stay at the Hampton Inn at Portland East was a good value. We enjoyed the clean rooms, hot shower and good breakfast. The hotel was convenient to visiting Multnomah Falls and the Vista House at Crown Point which were two of the sites we wanted to see on our vacation.

Parking lot is a little tight. Other than that, excellent stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast selection.
