Good multiple stays

When we arrived to check in. The room wasn't ready and they just let us in to the room. That was not even clean. Housekeeping poor doesn't speaks English so everytime I ask for towels they want me speak espanol.

It is so nice having the kitchenette & a full size fridge. They really need to do something about those ridiculous speed bumps .

I appreciated the clean comfortable room, having full command of the AC and the option of a kitchenette in my room if needed. Coffee was available. Not the best area, but plenty of fast food, cheap food, and stores nearby if needed. Staff was friendly.

I forgot to get a plastic fork from deli at the store but fortunately they had one so I was happy to not have to go somewhere else just to grab a fork and back. The room were nice and their area had gated area for parking which is nice, I didn’t use it though but it was nice to have that option. Their bed were comfy and not too firm. 👌

Rooms smell like cigarettes

Full kitchenette, room twice the size of the competition, and with the deal I got it was half of what I usually pay

It's a fine place. The vending machines and quarter operated laundry were not so good. Staff were pleasant enough. The room key cards are quite poor, they demagnetize very easily, it's rather annoying. I was in the first floor at least, so no elevator ride down to get to the lobby and hope there's not a line to get your card fixed. Good, clean rooms. Enjoyable overall stay.

I checked into Rosewood hotel to find my room, unusable and unfit for my five year-old. The shower curtain bar was ripped off the wall and missing, there was no shower curtain, and the bath drain plug was missing. We were not able to bathe or shower. The room was dirty and smelly. We checked out within an hour because we could not bathe and it defeats the whole purpose of renting the room.

We enjoyed this stay. They were working on things so I think it's going to look even better in a while. It was clean, the kitchen was handy but we didn't bring our supplies as we thought they would have the basics like a pan, etc. But we still enjoyed preparing our meals right in the room.The staff was nice.
