Ok for a night. Wouldn’t stay longer. Room was fine but old, Chairs had holes in them, pillows where thin as paper.

This property and staff makes you feel like you are home in the way they treat the guests. Christina the manager treats everyone just how she wants to be treated. She listens to your concerns and addresses them. She runs a small but very hardworking crew of dedicated and just as caring as their manager is. Our entire stay was amazing and when we had to leave and stay at another hotel we left and went right back to this property. And we were greeted with warmth.

the room wasn’t in great condition, and for a six day stay they never cleaned the room while we were out. no new towels, no emptying trash… the one who checked us in was helpful, the two older ladies were odd and not helpful. the surrounding guest didn’t make the property feel safe either. breakfast barely counted as breakfast.

The staff graciously gave me a room upgrade to a 2 bed, but put me directly under a loud family of five. And considering that people live here full time, the residents were quite unsettling.

Hot coffee in the am.

Definitely not the first place to go when on a trip with family. Lot of people, probably homeless, grouped at the parking dustbins and smoking. Room had a very bad odor, which never went away. Felt very shady and unsafe to walk out after dark. First time staying at extended stay and was very disappointed with it. Not a good experience, though the front desk lady was very sweet.

I think that the people and the property are well maintained everyone is friendly and helpful.

Front office smelled like weed. Staff was rude. Trying to get a towel was a nightmare, we were trained like an employee just to get some new clean towels! lol! It was an overall NO thanks for next time

Check in at 3pm, room was not ready, came back an hour later, room still not ready. Didn’t check in until 4:50pm, hotel very dirty, hair everywhere and stained sheets, bathtub filthy with barely any water pressure. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Also says it includes breakfast. -coffee and nutragrain bar is not breakfast. Vibes are completely off and not welcoming at all. Almost giving homeless shelter vibes.

Needed a room before an early morning flight. This suited just fine. Price was right. Don’t expect anything fancy but it did have a full size fridge if you need one.

I will definitely stay again in this hotel, manager and staff was super friendly

You can tell she leads with kindness, patience, and a heart for helping others. No matter how busy she is, she takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure people are taken care of. That kind of dedication is rare these days. Because of her, staying here was such a positive experience. She creates an atmosphere where you feel welcome, safe, and appreciated. It's managers like her who make all the difference, and she's a wonderful example of what true customer service should be. Thank you for everything you do. Your hard work, compassion, and genuine care do not go unnoticed. You are an incredible asset to Extended Stay America, and I hope you receive the recognition you truly deserve.

The manager at this property has to be the most nicest, understanding and supportive person I've ever seen. The way she interacted with the guests and her staff was amazing. Her staff are more like family as well as the guests. I would stay here again just to talk to her again.
