Very good

I liked the helpful staff with a good sense of humor. The room was clean and comfortable with fridge and cooktop (we didn't use the cooktop and it was nice to see.)

No breakfast location was great , there was no breakfast

Only stayed overnight on our way home from LA. Room was large, very clean and up to date. seems to be a fairly new facility. front counter staff very informative and friendly. will stay again, next time longer.

The receptionist guy was amazing, we pop there in the middle of the night after visiting emergency service with our daughter after having an issue in our Airbnb, so we needed a place to sleep, he was very helpful, kind and compressive and let me book through booking for next day and doing check in early, so we could stay in the room until 3pm when we had to leave for the airport. Room was super clean, comfortable beds, the best ones in all our trip in oregon, hard ones! Room has kitchen, there is laundry room in the hotel, controlled parking. I have no complains, best experience. Highly recommended to everyone Not a complain just inform who wants to book, that kitchen is empty, you need to bring your pots, plates or buy a set at the hotel for $20

My check-in experience influences my rating to a large degree, and in this instance it wasn't great. I travel quite a bit for work and it is noticeable when someone whose job is to provide customer service doesn't do so. Otherwise, this property is clean and decent shape, matching to most other My Place locations. The room and bathroom were fine, the bed was ok, the A/C was functional. The one major challenge is the location. It's a transient area, with significant truck and foot traffic right off the interstate.

The property was clean and the room was exactly what we needed. The full size refrigerator was especially helpful for this trip. The surrounding area was a bit run down and there was trash strewn along the street. It seems there is a large homeless presence in this area, however, I never saw anyone, just the trash along the roadway. The property itself was quite clean and I felt safe even when retrieving something from my car after dark. I'd stay again, when in the area.

Close to airport and clean

Overall, good. Parking was good. Staff was friendly. Beds were good and room was clean. Two things a bit negative. The blackout curtain in our room (211) was operated by a chain on the right side, and it stuck with the shield halfway down. We had been out for the evening, got back late, before discovering it, so too late to ask staff to fix it, had the light from a streetlight shining into the room all night. The other thing was the 1st floor button in the elevator was touchy. You had to punch it JUST right before the elevator would move, so at first it seemed you were trapped in there, going no where, and my roommate is claustrophobic and that was especially traumatic to him. It always worked eventually, but could use some maintenance.
