Room was clean and hotel staff was nice.

Staff very helpful. Parking could be better, always hard to find a spot late at night.

Awesome front desk clerk who welcomed me as I came in from a storm, gave me hot water for tea, and checked me in quickly and easily. Great room, super quiet and clean, well-located. Would definitely stay again.

Great clean and efficient

Very kind and helpful staff. Arrived late at night with my husband and two kids. Tired after a long day, I was thankful for the kind staff member who checked us in. Highly recommend this place. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Thank you!

I was a little put off by the smell of smoke while checking in, but that was limited to the lobby and the room was fine. Great location for morning airport destinations.

Disappointing especially if your not familiar with the place. Front desk was rude and disrespectfull.

Neighborhood not so great

Property convention located off freeway. Very clean inside. The only thing that upset me was the WiFi wouldn’t work after putting the password in. Also our hotel keys randomly stopped working the day after I checked in for a two night stay.

The place was very clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice. Loved the easy chair in the room. But there were a few negatives. The walls were quite thin - girls in room next door kept me up till midnight. Then someone’s clock alarm went off at 3:00 am and they didn’t wake up right away - but it woke me up for sure. The highway traffic was loud unless the A/C was on. But the A/C was the most frustrating. There is only a 4 degree allowance in the temperature. For a woman of a certain post-menopausal age I nearly cooked all night long. For as much as we were charged to stay there, I would like to be in control of my own temperature in the room. I would probably not stay at this place again just for that reason alone. Barely slept because of it.

Very good place to stay. Clean and comfortable.
