Like most hotels near BDL, this was mediocre at best. Greeted by a staff member who seemed generally annoyed, but she was also working in a lobby where the air conditioning was broken, so I’m sure the humidity was getting to her - it wasn’t pleasant. The hotel is well maintained but the room furniture is a little rough, and outdated. Waking up the next morning I noticed block mold and water damage on the entranceway ceiling. I hadn’t noticed this upon arrival or I would have said something immediately. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but you couldn’t eat in the lobby due to the excessive heat.

Hotel and room were very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was easy to find parking in the street.

Overall this property was perfect for our 5 day stay. It’s well located and close to all things in Portsmouth. It’s operated quite efficiently with front desk staff and valet staff all being very kind and professional. It’s our 3rd stay at this property and we’ll be here again. Parking was a snap and the breakfast was all that a person could ask for.

Great hotel within walking distance of everything downtown. Restaurants, shopping, parks etc. Upscale hotel within walking distance nice spacious rooms, continental breakfast. Highly recommend.

The kids loved the waffles for breakfast, the beds were very comfy, valet parking made it super easy and the hotel was in a great location! Highly recommend.

The room was very clean and spacious. The paper products were cheap. The king bed was not very comfortable. The parking was concierge and cost $45! The Staff was excellent and the breakfast was not great.

Family of 4 with 2 young kids - stayed in 2 queens room. Had everything needed. Didn’t have the breakfast as had a lazy day but nice that it was included. Beds were comfy and staff at the lobby and valet service were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and highly recommend. Also great location to visit Portsmouth. Enjoyed our 1 night stay and would come again.
