This will be my favorite hotel in downtown Portsmouth! Wonderful bed, room, and gym. The pool & hot tub available, too! The location is what really makes this hotel a dream as it is downtown with all of the action. Plan to valet which adds $$.

Nice property location. Only dow fall there is no parking on premises. $45 per day for valet or park in nearest garage for $40 a day. Bartender was friendly

This was a dream Hotel to stay at! Everything was impeccable! The bed was nice and firm yet comfortable and the pool was wonderful! I wish the jacuzzi was a tad More hot but other than that everything was great!

Overall, I think it was a pretty nice hotel and I would come back based on the location alone. The pool was pretty nice and the amenities were pretty okay. Biggest downside was that I was towing my small 5x8 utility trailer behind my SUV on my way to Laconia. When I parked my vehicle in the valet parking spot as I was told to do since the parking garages do not allow trailers, the gentleman that that parked us or took care of us that worked for the hotel said he was going to have to charge me almost $100 to valet Park my vehicle and trailer. Then I had to go self-park my vehicle because they were not allowed to drive vehicles with trailers. Just a heads up for anybody else that comes in the area. In that situation they tend to charge you a buttload and expect you to do the work they charge you for
