Nice room and a great town but the fact that you have to use vallet parking is a little annoying and should be clearly stated so people understand there is an added expense to getting a room.

having no choice but to Ali park on premises for $45 a night is the most I’ve ever paid at a resort. Second of all the amenities of the pool was unusable for the next two weeks in the bar was also not up and running.!! feel we should have gotten some type of discount as we were told to Swim we would have to cross the very busy street and use another hotel. (not convenient for people paying $400 a night plus $45 a day parking! )

The Front Desk staff were very helpful as we booked a block of rooms for a family event in Portsmouth. On site parking was definitely a plus. Our guests enjoyed their stay.

Loved the location. You can walk to so many shops and restaurants. The bed was comfy. The suite style rooms were great. When we arrived on Friday there was very loud construction behind the hotel, which was basically the view from our room. Luckily it was done in a few hours and they weren’t doing it over the weekend. The complimentary breakfast buffet was not great and the coffee there was very bitter.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast only downside was the parking but was only a block away and got my steps in. Thanks for having us!

Everything was great except that they allow dogs. It was around 7 a.m. when I started hearing a small dog barking constantly. After about 2 hours I called the front desk to see if they could locate the dog. I never did hear the dog stop barking. Luckily I went out for the day after another hour of listening to the constant yelping.

We didn't cook during our stay but it was helpful to have a kitchen with fridge and microwave for kids' snacks and leftovers. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed use of the pool and a late checkout. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
