Difficulty in using the gift card Room did not contain a table. Other rooms on the floor did contain one. We asked for one to be added to the room but it was not.
-
Excellent hotel that’s right in the heart of Portsmouth.
-
Close to center Not enough outdoor seating -
-
Location was excellent and the facilities were immaculate. Valet parking was a great service too!

The staff is friendly, place very clean and food was great

Very good
-
yes. Everything was wonderful
-
Great location and an outstanding staff that went out of it way to be helpful. We had dinner from the restaurant. My meal (a BLT sandwich) was so salty that it was inedible. The restaurant manager was very apologetic and did not charge us for the meal.

Housekeeping, room service, the view from the bar, and the location were amazing! The AC was noisy, the valet was expensive, and our room had a view of construction and was probably above the pool area given the smell and humidity

The wifi didn't work even after we called the desk. The second day we went to the frount desk and were given a special code to get in.
-
We've stayed there many times and, as always, found the hotel comfortable, quiet and clean. It's in a great location and has a nice bar/restaurant.

Would not return.

Nice hotel, and convenient location. Friendly staff.
-
There s a lot of construction near the entrance, went round and round to find the circle. Once in , very polite drivers to park the cars. Comfortable room, quiet and clean.
-
clean and capacious and comfortable In-room coffee was only stocked with decaf! Wifi and internet were not working or available during our entire stay.
-
Perfect location and great room!
-
Poor value - employees appear to dislike their jobs. Parking (forced valet $25.00) should be included considering the room cost over $400.00.
-
No options at this hotel to skip valet. Me and my wife had to shell out an additional 300 dollars for two nights of parking.
-
The bar and terrace. Our room was oddly shaped with a tiny bathroom. Had to request room be cleaned because they overlooked us. Elevator broke. Elevators very slow. Construction across the street disturbed us each morning.

The valet and car drop-off experience was chaotic and poorly organized. Cars were backed up in long lines, and it was unclear who was directing traffic or managing the process. There was little to no assistance with luggage, making the arrival experience feel disorganized and frustrating.
