The Inn Downtown

Bar is great fun. We spent the 4th of July there.Although the main Boston fireworks could only be partially seen- there were fireworks popping off all overBoston and the North Shore so there wasalog to see. Also, parking was convenient.

Great location for a Portsmouth “ walk around “ . Interesting rehab project . Und We unfortunately ended up in attic unit 10 up several flights of steep stairs . We are in our 80$’s and recent health issues made our access difficult and getting suitcase up and down was precarious feat . Little things like dirty coffee pot and empty ice trays were disappointing at the price point . Zero ADA provisions but adding bars to bathtub /shower and providing safety mat is essential . Advertising degree of difficulty in reaching upper floors and lake of Ada accommodations would be helpful to elder visitors .

Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!

Excellent location , within walking distance to everything! The rooms are comfortable , super clean, wonderful amenities and easy access. This is our go to place when visiting Portsmouth, which is quite often.

very lovely room, I loved the interior design and how comfortable furnitures and bed was. Location was also excellent and since we had a dog with us, the garden around the building was convenient for us.

Great location, right in town so you can walk to all of the restaurants, shops and events.

The studio was really nice and clean. Lots of nice details and great location close to downtown. The self checkin process was very easy. Great communication from inn staff made it very easy. Not a major complaint but consider a 3pm checkin instead of 4pm.

Such a beautifully renovated building and decorated building. The attention to detail was impressive. Our apartment was immaculate, very comfortable, and quiet. We would highly recommend!

Our stay was short but sweet! We ate at the Black Trumpet, Great food and service. Downtown Portsmouth has great restaurants and shopping as well. A must stop when you’re in the area.

Beautiful area convenient for walking to everything. Much thought had been given to all we could possibly need. The only thing I would address is that the bed was quite hard and not comfortable. Maybe a thick mattress topper would help. This could be a preference thing.

We stayed in the penthouse suite. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location. Though we couldn’t park adjacent to the hotel because the street was cut off for a parade. Would have liked to know that ahead of time. Besides that, 2 thumbs up

Comfortable apartment with everything you could need for a short stay. Walkable to everything in town. Highly recommend!

This hotel is so amazing! I am picky about hotels and honestly, this was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at in my life! It was so cute and eclectic, great location, owner was so accommodating. Great for a couples get away!
