No good breakfast. Not well maintained

The price of this hotel is an amazing deal based on the location! My family had to find a cheap hotel to visit for an emergency and we were 10 minutes from the hospital and right by the major mall. The place wasent nearly as run down as I thought it would be. My only complaint about this would be that they don’t actually give you blankets. They basically have two thin sheets on the bed for you to sleep under. Maybe they had actual blankets at request, my family brought their own for the car ride so we didn’t ask.

Didn't like anything. this was the dirtiest hotel i've ever stayed at in my life! everything. it was gross . It smelled bad. so bad we bought spray at a grocery store. floors were sticky, bath tub wasn't cleaned.

Breakfast? thats hysterical and the location was horrible Everything... the price for a disgusting room with gross furniture. I took pictures and a video. The chair looked like it came from a dump. This room was not what i saw online. I want my money back

There is a kitchen, but you have to pick up the dishes at reception. There is no table or chairs for dining. The Wi-Fi repeater in the hallway isn't sufficient for all the rooms; the signal doesn't reach the ones at the far end. The rooms are very old and not very clean.

Horrible experience. Front desk was nice but room and outside ambience is just the worst.

Our stay was just what we needed. They have on-site washers and dryers for cheap $3.75 for both through an app. They have television, stove, microwave and a/c. The rooms were nicer than I expected them to be. It is also close to a Walmart and a thrift store called Savers. Good location honestly. The staff are always working, cleaning and up and down the stairs as well. I loved it! I felt taken care of most definitely.

It needs to be cleaned. I used soap in my bathroom, debris in the tub, cabinets were broken off the hinges, hair in bathroom towels…

This was not a good experience. The smell in both the foyer and the hallways was overwhelming. I hated walking in as smelled so bad. I am not sure what the smell was. Maybe fish? Maybe curry? Not sure, but it was impossible to escape the smell. The first room that we were assigned had blinds that did not work so we were assigned a different room. The second room had a shower without a waterproof shower curtain so the water got all over the floor. There was also not a bathtub drain. The mattress was very uncomfortable and we were only provided three thin pillows for two people. When we asked for a fourth pillow we were told that we were not able to get more than three. Coffee was supposed to be out at 6:00 AM. At 6:45 there was no coffee. When the coffee was put out I was reprimanded by the person who put out the breakfast 50 minues late who told me I was contaminating the coffee stirrers by touching them. They were in a little plastic contraption and you are supposed to turn the handle to get one to come out. Maybe it should have a sign on it so I did not have to go through being told I was contaminating the other coffee stirrers. We were here for three long nights and I could not wait to leave!
