Extended Stay America Suites - Providence

Clean

The room was okay and the hotel but we came in late the card could not open the door we had to call I don’t it should be like that because of our own security too.

Nothing. I left and got a different hotel It was dirty, soon as I walk up to the room the neighbors across the hall are arguing, one room on the first level had the curtains open and beds had nothing on it, one bed looked like it had blood stains all over it. Very skeevy feeling

Everything was good

Pee stained beds, across the street from a rehab facility, a bunch or drug dealers and users all over the hotel, and don’t get me started with the roaches, and the hotel refused me a refund

Exceptional

Nothing Too loud could hear a lot of noise from other guests

It was OK!

Cleaner and less chatter among the front desk. Advertise fairly. Have available everything you promise.

Not breakfast, just tiny muffins that run out 5 minutes after the coffee is made. Furniture in the room is falling apart and the bathroom needs to be updated. And please, need dishes and pans as advertised! Cleaner and less chatter among the front desk. Advertise fairly. Have available everything you promise.

Fue una gran estadía en el hotel, excelente servicios.

El staff es super amable y muy atentos. Considero que lo único que cambiaria de la publicación es que indica que incluye desayuno, pero en realidad es más como un café o un snack por la mañana

Very good

There was never staff at the front desk,it’s an extended stay hotel with a stove and fridge but not provided dishes, the grab and go breakfast was coffee, a fruit bar, and an old muffin, room service does not come during stay and no way to request it

I liked that the management agreed to refund my entire room fee after such a miserable experience where television didn't work, and no one was at the desk to help me regain entry when locked out of my room at 2am. Breakfast? Bad coffee and a Nutrigain bar does not a breakfast make. Almost everything.

Passable
