Nice and the staff was helpful to me and my family

Everything was great except there was no grab and go breakfast available for me on both mornings. And I was told there was a one hundred dollar deposit.. and I didn't get my deposit returned. Now I have to dispute it with my bank and the hotel. I took one shower.. brought in my own pillows... i didn't use the fridge.I didn't cook.. i didn't smoke in the room.. I didn't have no unwanted guest.. i used it as a place to crash. Why are you guys keeping my hundred bucks?

Dirty, no shower curtain or working toilet on arrival.

Not at all as pictured. The bed was clean, but the rest of the bedroom furniture was in awful condition needs to be thrown away. I booked a double queen bed. My room only had one bed. I went back to reception. The entire hotel was sold out could not be moved. So I was given a discount.(which I’m waiting to see reflected on my credit card statement) I was only in town for the night and only had an hour to get ready for my event so I felt like I had no choice but to keep the room. It’s obviously not just a hotel. There are families living there . And I say that because I could hear the conversations in the TV blasting when I got in. Let’s just say I did my sleeping at the airport.

The room's general cleanliness was good, but then there was a chair that looked like it had been salvaged from the dump! It was literally falling apart. Also, the fact that the cleaning staff was spring anti-roach spray in the hall WHILE I WAS WALKING PAST THEM seemed to me a bad sign indeed. We left without staying.

The place was discussing. Mattresses were stained plane felt damp all over. Rid was wet. Smell in the halls was overwhelming we had to leave and find a new hotel.

Rooms were decent can't really complain for the price staff was awesome very helpful parking was convenient maybe some security for the people hanging around other than that not a bad stay thank you again.

It was breakfast included. At 7 am it was only coffe for breakfast. Very disappointed since on the advertised pictures says the contrary.

While the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, everything else about this location was disappointing. There was a hole in the window screen, so we had to keep the window closed. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, it was quite damp following using the shower. The clientele of the location were quite frightening, we will not be returning.

Room was clean, however the chair in the room was ripped in several places. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bathtub was clogged. It took about 40 minutes to drain.

The room was right on Route 95 so it was loud all night. Barely slept :(

The floors was dirty and dusty.

Yes, did not like the noise the chatter I could hear from the hallway meaning the rooms aren’t sound proof no privacy. Also my husband picked this place because it offered breakfast. There was no breakfast. No cereal no fruit.says healthy breakfast
