Your staff allowed me to give this hotel the highest rating. They responded quickly to every request. Am particularly appreciative of their response to my need for blankets when the dropped overnight.

It's a 4-star hotel, and I paid 330 for one night there. They gave me a very old room that doesn't have anything. No utensils, no cups, cheapest chinese coffee machine that doesn't work, only 3 coffee filters that are DECAF!!!

We had never been to Providence before, but Telly and Josie helped us plan our days, giving us ideas on where to go and maps on how to get there. They were so friendly & knowledgeable! They always had time for us, along with bottles of water for our day & when we got back from our day of sightseeing. These 2 ladies made our stay in RI memorable and delicious! (They suggested going out for an Italian dinner at a certain restaurant on Federal Street.

The lobby & pool area were updated & nice. Staff was friendly. The room itself was OK but the issue was the bathroom. The bathroom was old & tired. The shower faucet had been majorly caulked to stay in the wall. Bathtub grout needed redone.
