Clean. Good customer service. Nothing

The food was fantastic and the indoor/outdoor pool with food and cocktails was the perfect way to wind down and relax.

Always enjoy this location - they had a chef in the loppy with a station preparing complimentary build your own fried rice. It was 100• and the pool was available until 10pm, with lounge chairs cabanas and a tiki bar where you can or food and drinks. I enjoyed a frozen Paloma and delicious asian sticky wings.

Good hotel but no free parking for that price,,,,
-
Good location, lovely bar and restaurant, excellent and large pool, free coffee in foyer, comfortable rooms, recently refurbished. Lovely. Paying $35 a day for parking. Too much.

Nice hotel, good pool and gym.

Clean room and very friendly staff
-
Everything was fine, it was a basic room - the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Our shower was constantly dripping and leaking but otherwise, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Location was good Staff double charged for booking stated they did not receive payment from booking.com. Provided me with breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Breakfast was fair to middling at best. Pool was hotter than the hot tub, kids were unsupervised. The tv would not accept a Roku, ps5, or allow you to cast. The shower hardly drained and the toilet barely flushed.

Everything was perfect. The hot tub was amazing the pool as well. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast. They cleaned our room every single day, which was a plus. Just didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

The hotel charges $32 for parking even if you’re staying there. This is a cash grab and is ridiculous. I asked if it was necessary and if it could be waived. The answer was it couldn’t be waived. I wouldn’t stay here again. There’s absolutely no reason that paying hotel guests should have to pay for parking.

The breakfast situation is not good

Location and facilities .food was nice . 2 days in a row we didn’t get our rook cleaned had to call to reception
-

Ash at the main bar Angel at the front-all 3 went above and beyond Shuttle to the fan zone was awesome Came to celebrate Scotland in the world cup. Pricing for these days (booked several months ago) was definitely surged-and for what our fan base brought to Providence not really fair. As world wide company Marriott should do more for the world. I booked on booking.com but also checked pricing at hotel which was even worse. Spoke with several from UK and they got much better pricing

Clean and the beds are comfortable. Nice double queen room. I would stay again in a heartbeat! My sister and I shared a room. We were both comfortable. Staff there were exceptional from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant to managers on the way out. Only thing is you have to pay $28 dollars or so to park there. Walked far to my room. Had to pay for parking.
