FRONT DESK PERSONEL WAS AMAZING, RESTARAUNT WAS GREAT

All in all a great hotel. Everywhere was very clean, the staff were friendly and it was evident they were upgrading parts of the hotel but doing it in a manner which had no effect on the use of facilities
-
Great location near walking distance to everything downtown. Bathroom shower very uncomfortable with big handle bar sticking out way too far you hit and bruise yourself taking shower! Shower head leaks sprays in wrong direction.

Your front of house , Dining area staff were good. Thanks. The constant Construction/ renovation works were not the best. Limited breakfast menu . Hot food served on Cold plates, Not very appealing for a 4star Group hotel. Thank you.

The only negative was that the hotel was being refurbished and there were workers carrying out work in areas where residents had access to. For example I was going to the lift on the ground floor and a workman was sanding the ceiling with an orbital sander. He had a mask on for the dust, but he didn't stop when I walked past to access the lift. Had it not been for that I would have given the hotel five stars.

But very nice and location was perfect for what we needed

The staff were friendly. I booked a king bed and got two doubles. The tv did not work, nor this the ice machine.

Staff is very pleasant, hotel extremely clean, beds very comfortable, great location. Strongly recommended.

Was not told that 32$ parking would be charged was very expected the lady who checked me in was rude I think because we look young
-
Excellent location. Hotel was under construction - so would like to revisit once done.

The thermostat in the room was useless. There was no switch to choose between heating and air conditioning, and it made no difference in room temperature whether the thermostat was at 65 or literally 80 degrees.
-
Very centrally located downtown. Easy to walk to resturants.
-
Renovated, Modern interior and Rooms. Very clean. Quality bath products.

Hotel is under renovations but we were not told this at time of booking. Not a major inconvenience but a bit disruptive. Had to travel to another floor for ice machine. Great location and paid parking onsite is helpful

Parking was a nightmare because of the construction some days we couldn’t get out or in… or reach the desk as the call button was NOT working, there was only ONE working elevator for the hotel, multiple amenities were unavailable, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was out. For the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. I booked through Expedia and received little to no meaningful support or resolution despite these very real issues impacting the stay. They wanted me to leave to compensate me after traveling 13+ hours and being out of the 1K upfront plus deposit. Travelers deserve transparency before booking. Had I known the extent of the construction, lack of amenities, elevator limitations, and AC issues, I absolutely would have chosen another hotel. Buyer beware.
