Great hotel

Clean, friendly

It is totally ridiculous to charge for parking and bottle water. Room charge is sufficient to cover parking and 2 bottles of water. Absolutely ridiculous.

Content with my stay

My only critique would be the $32 parking fee. Something less would be much better

The new renovations are amazing The internet went out and so I couldn’t watch tv

Paying for parking and TV and internet wasn't working. We're already paying alot to stay at hotel, we shouldn't be charged to park at hotel as well. I don't think it's necessary.

Comfortable, conveniently located. They charges a 13.00 dollar difference then what Booking.com quoted due to Rhode Island tax I was told.

No WiFi, no tv and was not told hotel was under construction. Hearing them hammering early in the morning. The bathrooms were small and no fan in the bathroom and the toilet you had to hold the handle for it to flush. Breakfast I paid for was very disappointing

Amazing 2 night stay. Had some issues with check in but was a honest mistake by a staff member and they went over and beyond to make it right. Hotel has just went through renovations so everything is new and modern. The room was big, great views and very clean. Breakfast in the lobby was convenient and tasty, went both mornings. Parking was very convenient and adequate. Great spot to walk to local bars and restaurants. Will be staying again.
