Great stay!

Parking was fine! Room was clean, however it was not consistent In housekeeping. Breakfast was not the best because they only had sausage no bacon any day-we were there for a week. Everyone on staff was friendly & nice, especially Karissa!!

This property was conveniently located in Rapid City, both to roads/highways to get to surrounding destinations such as National & State Parks and to shopping for supplies to keep in our room like snacks and beverages. The breakfasts were also good and included options for most people with everything from eggs to waffles to oatmeal. The staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated that breakfast hours were early enough to grab something and still have an early start.

Excellent hotel. Excellent amenities and the staff was great. My only problem was the handicap accessible room was the farthest from the elevator. It was a really long walk for my wife who uses a Walker. Other than that it was terrific.

Nice room

The hotel staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. The market came in handy when my bf got sick at night and they actually had DayQuil and NyQuil. Pool was great and the room was so clean and spacious. Will 100% stay there again!

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. Front desk staff was helpful with recommendations for restaurants while in the area to explore Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Wall Drug, Badlands etc.

We stayed in the suites. They are really nice rooms, but at the end of the hallway a long ways from the elevators. The elevators are shared with the Tru hotel and sit between the two properties. Long ways from the elevators to the suites. across the entire hotel at one end.

Being a Hampton Inn I expected more, overall it was good, the breakfast was standard fare and did the job. Parking was good. The worst thing was we were there for 8 days and had to beg for towels, empty trash. Our bed made only once. I asked the front desk after a couple days for housekeeping to come and do a full clean - vacuum, mop, trash, bed etc. Not done! We paid good money and never been so disappointed. The staff was nice enough but doesn’t excuse the lack of cleaning.

Everything was great with this hotel! Rooms were clean and the staff on the front desk were friendly. The woman working breakfast was so quick with refilling and cleaning by herself. Would recommend this place to everyone . Thank you Hampton hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable with a walk in shower.....plenty of space to hang and set your travel baggage plus.....quiet establishment.....breakfast has great selection....if you need something, Walmart is around the corner ....
