Tru by Hilton Rapid City Rushmore

Clean, professional, and a decent breakfast. Really liked the gym and pool as well.

Everything was great !!!

We were welcomed when we entered the hotel by a very nice woman and we were in our room about 7 min. later . Nice room two queen size beds . Good size shower . Very clean .

Well thought out amenities for the average traveler.

Great stay

Room was well laid out and very clean

This place is in a good location and convenient to most places about 6 miles from Deadwood. Shuttle service is nice. The laundry room we were not able to use because the machines did not work. The coffee machines in the room had the coffee holders that were to small so you bad to hold the thing in place while you coffee made. The place needs a renovation. Other than that that good location.

Clean and convenient for a weekend stay.

The room was basic but that’s all we needed. We only slept in our room and left the rest of the day doing activities. The front staff that checked us in were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Location No microwave, bad breakfast, bad service

Clean room , staff was amazing, the breakfast was good for a hotel buffet!! Will stay here again !!

The room was clean but beside the fridge, no coffee machine or microwave. All in all I gave this place an ok rating

Superb

Nice clean modern room. Very nice and well maintained building overall. There was also a slide in the pool area. The kids enjoyed the pool! They also have bathrooms right in the pool area.

Clean. Friendly staff.

Very nice staff.

It was clean and nice.

Exceptional

Extremely long hallways. Elevator seemed a long way. We had ice on our floor but nothing to put it in. All in all I was so disappointed Ian’s glad I had booked somewhere else for the next night TRU isn’t my cup of tea. My first and last try at Tru. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my career and I’ve always found the good in them but there’s no good to find here. Nothing

He also argued with my aunt for the second room. The next morning when we all came to breakfast he started to say good morning looked up and then stopped he saw us and decided to be rude to us again. He ignored us completely. Im sorry but he is not an asset to this company and he is rude and disrespectful. I hope you deal with his rudeness cause you lost this group because of him. He needs to be fired forsure. I work in a mariott and if we acted like that we would be go e or completley retrained. We also complained about the pool being green and they said someone would get back to us and noone did. Are check in was 3 p. And we did not get in untill after 4 pm. And when we checkied in the room 119 the floors had clumps of mud and was so dirty it made our sockes black was never mopped. I should request a refund cause it was that bad.
