It took 1 1/2 hours to check in. After the long check in, we went to the rooms reserved( two doubles) to find we were given 2 king rooms. Back to the check in desk. Another wait in line. Difficulty getting info for wifi. Front desk was terrible.

Parts of this property are very stinky.

The line to check in was moving slow, only one person was checking in regular guests. Then I finally get a room and then we go up to it and there were strong bleach fumes so I had to ask for a room change.

Not enough outlets for electronic devices

This room was very outdated, the tv was tiny and the small refrigerator made a loud humming noise all night. The walls are paper thin and we could hear kids screaming until 10pm. Would not stay here again at least until its updated.

Horrible machine noise that goes non stop the whole night,we went 2 d frontdesk 2 complain & this 2 asian staff just ignore our complains..were tired & we want peaceful stay at harrahs!im not coming back 2 harrahs!!

The hotel is old and they are going to close in a few months.

THe walls are paper thin. Shower never got hot. Everything in the hotel stunk of cigarette smoke. I could hear my neighbors sneeze, cough and puke and I'm sure they could hear me on the phone. There isn't a little deli or low cost eatery in the hotel.

Hotel is in need of some Renovations, casino Buffett carvings was the worst I've ever had eat somewhere else.

No bathroom fan, the cost was high considering the room being rented on a Sunday.
