Staff was nice and helpful. Very dirty, stains everywhere on carpet, LAMP shades, chair. Hallways stinked of weed and BO.

If there was a way to give a negative star I would. We have NEVER stayed at such a gross place. There was blood in several locations of our room. It honestly looked like some sort of homicide happened there and wasn’t cleaned up properly. No toilet paper, the furniture in our room was destroyed. If we were completely exhausted when we arrived we would have left and went elsewhere.

We didn't stay! Our rooms smoke detector was sitting on the counter, stained chairs, scratches on the floor, dirty walls, there was a whole in the door, the bathroom mirror had cracks, the hallways had trash on the floor, Front desk attendant wasn't helpful, we think she was under the influence, could hardly stand. Refered us to the manager in the morning. Don't stay here! construction in and around hotel. There was nothing Suite about this establishment.

Nice staff, tidy room, clean fridge, very comfy beds. Interior of entire hotel is very sketchy and run-down. Felt like walking through the Backrooms to get to our hotel room. There were garbage bags left outside of rooms. Walls were scuffed up and dented, chairs looks like animals tore them up, and we found a cockroach in our room. The parking lot outside had tons of garbage in the back. We got exactly what we paid for in all the worst ways. Wouldn't come back.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was not great, the halls looked not kept up with. The hotel room it self was not restocked with toilet paper, and the towels were extremely small.

How rude the housekeepers were and the smell of the hotel smelled like old food, the carpets in the hallways were stained, gross and stunk. The parking lot was a nightmare! The parking lot was shared with another business who took over 90% of the lot.

We were supposed to get 2 queen size beds they don't have queen size beds we got a kitchen so we could cook thank God I brought my own no pots and pans the dishes were in the dish washer dirty nothing to use to clean the dishes. Don't stay here

It was ok staying at their hotel its just the beddings has bugs because me and my husband been bitten and scratching out whole body the whole entire 2 nights we slept on our bed

Room could have been better and cleaner

The area The room was dirty, smelled dirty, had black fingerprints, hand prints all over the walls. The towels smelled/ looked dirty.

Everything about this property is false advertisement. This is the worst property I’ve ever experienced for the 15 minutes I was there. This property should not be on a website for rental. This place should actually be condemned and rebuilt and done over. Very upsetting and nasty. Everything is broken, dirty and nothing is cleaned properly. Also roaches everywhere. Very sad

Owner was amazing

No electricity in the room the first night. Sofa bed was dirty so ended up sleeping on the floor. Nothing was working right and no other room to switch to. All I heard was "I am very sorry." We'll have the electricity fixed tomorrow morning ans switch you to another room. While the hotel advertise the kitchen with full set of plates, nothing was available until I spoke woth the cleaning lady in Spanish. And she got me a small bowl. Overall, I felt like the whole hotel was a "bate and switch". Not recommend this hotel for anyone.

For the price stay somewhere else. The facility is pretty run down and dirty. Our room had dirt and rock all over the room like it wasn't vacuumed. The couch and chairs where dirty and ripped. The hvac unit has broken lid and has a broken button. The bathroom was dirty had nail polish stain on the ground. The table was dirty and not wiped down.

I’m not usually very picky about hotel rooms, but was disappointed by the quality for the price we paid. The body wash and shampoo in our shower was empty, we mentioned this to the front desk and they said they would refill it the next day but that never happened. The towel bar in our room was broken and 3 of the 4 vanity lights in the bathroom were out, and the toilet ran constantly. Housekeeping never showed up to swap out towels. At a cheaper rate it would have been fine but I’ve paid much less for much better quality.
