There was a stain on the one bed and the ac was making a loud noise and would barely sleep

We did not liked that one of the staff at breakfast was not able to provide milk for our kid because the area closed.

Spacious room with perfect conditions for a restful sleep. Breakfast was disappointing and could not be considered an amenity. No juice and no variety bare minimum. The indoor and outdoor spaces are lovely, The pool and weight room are awesome amenities. I will return with my own breakfast. Every store and every restaurant are within 5 miles in each direction. The hotel is not clean, and they do not sanitize the areas frequently used by patrons, including the elevator, gym, and pool areas. I requested to have my room cleaned every 2 days versus every 3 days, which is their normal time to clean. The person who cleaned my room did not clean the bathroom area, did not vacuum, and did not provide cups for coffee/tea. Management stated the staff are not to clean or sanitize; they are only to change bed linens in the room. There were ants in the unit, and we were on the 4th floor. I asked the staff to have maintenance spray, and it did not happen. This is NOT a HYATT HOTEL; it is run by a sub-company using the Hyatt name. The breakfast was terrible as there was no variety. The TV in the gym did not operate, and I was informed they just had TV installed, but wifi would not be available for 4 days. Wifi in the hotel is horrible; we could not get online unless we went downstairs first, logged on, and then went back upstairs. The pool water was so cold, it was unbearable to swim in. I checked the entire time we were there and the pool water was still too cold for enjoyment. I will never stay at this place again and hope this gets to upper management as they have done a piss poor job of making my stay enjoyable. It is not worth the money!

Our room was not clean when we arrive, the floor was not vacuumed. The bathroom is dated, in need of upgrade. The Internet service was non-existent during the entire stay, including the hotel’s Wi-Fi. Given the listed concerns, I would not book at this hotel again.

Airport shuttle is so convenient

The first room we checked into had garbage in the room. We were given a second room which had a temperature inside of 79 degrees. After two hours of the A/C being on it only dropped one degree to 78. We were given the option of a third room and we walked into that room and it was 85 degrees, we went back to the second room. The next morning (9 hours later the temperature was at 70 (the thermostat had been set at 67 all night.

Not too bad despite a moldy odor coming from my room's AC.

The room was clean and the staff helpful. It took less than 10 minutes to get the the airport on the shuttle and pick up was almost as quick.

It was definitely a nice stay, nothing really to complain about. Stayed there for 3 nights and it was clean and comfortable. Complimentary water bottle everyday and it’s in a perfect area for food and shops, literally walking distance.

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast could have been better.

Lots around in the plaza to eat and shop, parking very convenient, breakfast very good

If you like insects like ants, this is the best place for you, because you will have an unlimited amount of ants coming to pay you a visit. The complimentary breakfast is okay but don’t expect sausage or bacon. The only good thing about this place is the fact that it’s next to a shopping center and a bunch of restaurants.
