Hyatt Place Richmond Airport

In room tv was not acceptable. Having to go through phone apps to get the tv to work is bothersome. Why can’t there be a tv with local stations and cable news. I will be looking for that the next time I book a hotel.

We had no AC in 100 degrees weather.

Not clean room

Very nice clean place. Renovations ongoing but not obtrusive.

Room was ok, clean but not newly renovated. Breakfast was minimal (egg bites, bagels, and waffles). Hotel put an extra $100 hold/charge on my credit card for incidentals. I didn’t realize until I checked my credit card the next day. I called the hotel and asked about the charge. She said they had just raised their “incidental” hold charge. I said I wasn’t informed there would be a charge put on my card and most hotels charge $25-$50, not $100. She said that normally don’t tell guest when they check in. ???

Professional, clean room, breakfast and close to shopping mall.

Hotel is mostly refurbished. Staff does not understand how incidental coverage through engine works. Night lights in rooms are so bright it’s like sleeping with the lights on.

The hotel was really nice for our last minute stay after our flight was delayed. It was super close to the airport and had a free shuttle you could sign up for to take you to the airport. There was a Target/CVS next door which was very convenient as well. The room was very clean though it was little dark so if you have trouble seeing in dim light it might not be the best choice. Overall a great stay though!

While the staff were extremely hospitable and helpful, the property was not cleaned properly. Outside of the construction, my room was not well cleaned and the property smells.

We throughly enjoyed the property and its amenities. The location was wonderfully placed and it aided it making our time away from home a memorable one.

Obviously on the tail end of a remodeling but overall for the location and price I could've been happier. Thank you to the friendly staff, free airport shuttle and perfect breakfast to start my day!

This hotel is undergoing a renovation which makes everything a bit of a mess coming in. We had issues with internet at check in, broken cable with the tv which made us have to switch rooms, the pool was freezing for my kids. Staff was helpful but overall sort of disappointing.

Check in good, room and amenities spacious and clean. Construction going on, elevator a mess and felt like it was going to fall apart, no flooring and walls being replaced in elevator. Once they get all construction done will likely be much nicer hotel. Overall decent stay.
