Residence Inn by Marriott Richmond Short Pump At The Notch

Just about everything Didn't know you can bring dogs. I didn't see that when I booked the room. It's not an issue. Just was thrown off when I went to breakfast and saw people with their dogs in the lobby. On another note...my light was flickering a lot by the bed so I had to keep it off.

It was very clean and comfortable. It was expensive.

Our stay was acceptable. We didn't have any soap in the bathroom and had to use the kitchen dish soap. However they charge you for parking. Though it is minimal, if you book through Expedia where it says parking is free, the hotel won't honor it. We will not be staying here again.

Fabulous staff!

Staff were very welcoming, we arrived a little early and the staff accommodate us the best they could and they did! Rooms were big and spacious. Breakfast was perfect since were there in town for a soccer tournament.

My stat at rhe Residence Inn was above and beyond by rhe entire staff. Alyssa and Kimberly made my stay extra nice. The entire staff was by far the best customer service at a Marriott I have ever had.

Wasn’t clean

Breakfast was very good. There was a hot buffet line as well continental items. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. If you needed something in the evening, sometimes there was more of a significant wait to get someone to come to the front desk, but they were always kind and helpful once they got there. Overall a great hotel… would definitely stay again!!

Well this was an amazing location to stay for two nights with my girlfriend.I was able to cook a whole meal for us that she l said was excellent.The kitchen and bathroom we're 5 star.Had very comfortable bed and plenty of entertainment on the tv.I would definitely recommend staying at spot it made our experience simply amazing we will be back soon.

Great spacious room-very clean. Staff was very friendly. The pool was awesome and warm! Breakfast was great although a second waffle maker for busy mornings would be beneficial. Great location, 35min from the Metro Zoo, great proximity to food and shopping.
