Excellent, everything was perfect

The staff at the check in desk was very polite and welcoming.

Very nice atmosphere it was good up too we was leaving and we had somebody knock on before 12:00 try to check us out they knocked on the door once they came in also we had called for Extended Stay to 1:00 they granted that about 12:44 we get a knock on the door one of the workers came right into the door and my wife was semi naked two people trying to come in my room before we checked out this morning not satisfied talk to management about it but I think I'm going to call corporate to let them know what's going on because that's really unacceptable

Great stay, friendly staff. Bar is open late and very friendly. Will stay again.

We did not eat breakfast but had a coffee which was very good. Its Starbucks coffee but no starbucks applications can be used. The locatioin was perfect. We wil definitely come again

Room was dirty and management wouldn’t give me a refund

Nothing special. Few tv channels to choose . Staff was preoccupied on their cell phones or chit chatting with coworkers at the front desk to help .

Great location near many activities. Clean room and nice pool and hot tub.

Everything was exceptional

The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Every interaction we had with the staff was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

i was promised a bathtub and they didn't deliver and when i asked about it they were dismissive and rude

The breakfeat in sunday was way too much i thought it was included everything was cold

Comfortable

This was an awful stay it was 96 degrees outside and no air conditioning in the rooms. We had to go to target to buy fans. Staff told us they would discount and that never happened

The hotel and Spa is in a lovely area of Richmond. The staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Shula’s steakhouse is in the lobby, so a good meal is always waiting. We will stay here every year on our travels from Florida to New York.
