Staff is always so nice and helpful

The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful.

Cleanliness, features, and appearance. Rooms need a microwave.

Elliott, the manager of the hotel, greeted me as soon as I arrived with my family. He offered to help with our luggage. He then checked us in and couldn't have been nicer. We unloaded our things and after a long day of driving, we wanted to take the kids to get Hibachi at the restaurant a few blocks away. Elliott then offered to drive us in the shuttle and gave us his number to call when we were done so he could get us and bring us back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I called the front desk to get a few more pillows for the kids sleeping on the sleeper sofa.. guess who shows up? Elliott. The man literally does it all. You can tell he keeps the hotel running to a very high standard and is active in every aspect of the operation. I don't usually give such extensive reviews, but felt it necessary to give him the recognition that he deserves. Hope to see him again next time I pass through and stay the night.

The staff was nice The room was hot, and the AC never fully kicked in. The toliet barely flushed and kept not working properly. The pool and hot tub were closed, and I wasn't notified until after I booked and couldn't cancel. All in all, for what I paid, Im extremely disappointed. We paid alot of money for a one day stay and the only thing Im thankful for is that it was only one day.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Didn’t use the amenities but I will definitely be back to use them. Room was spacious.

I only stayed one night but will definitely return. It was really nice, clean and my kids loved it. The breakfast was great too $$.

Next let’s talk about Shula’s steak house overpriced no seasoning and wait staff wasn’t great. Should’ve paid more attention when I noticed no foot traffic in the restaurant. Won’t be staying here again, the a Wynn Gate Windam was cheaper but more comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location next to restaurants and everything needed. Breakfast was great

It wasn’t any different than any other hotel except that you have to pay 10.00 a day for parking. The breakfast buffet was 16.00 per person and was just like something you get for free from other hotels. Pool and hot tub were both dirty with bandaids in them both days we were there. Disappointing.

Exceptional amenities and wonderful helpful staff

We travel to Richmond once a month for a chemo treatment so we frequently stay in the area. We enjoy everything about this resort!

No microwave in the room

Great view from the window. Shower was very hot love that. Room was very clean. We will be visiting again. No microwave in the room

Wonderful stay! We were in the area for our wedding cake tasting and the front desk staff was simply wonderful! Nice clean and quiet hotel with great amenities.
