Perfect rooms and facilities for family with kids

We stayed overnight here on a road trip and the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. We would stay here again

The breakfast was OK, the location is easy to reach and the cleaning of the room was perfect. New hotel, well supplied with elevators, OK gym, plenty of parking place. The AC is very loud and there is no other way to ventilate (the window is sealed). There was no replacement of disinfectant at the gym. The reception is totally dysfunctional, several times took minutes or more before someone showed up. Despite of the crowd at breakfast only one of the pancake equipment were turned on. We booked for 5 but the 5th bed was not prepared, then we had to ask for extra towels (those were not provided either). We got no information on HH-benefits, no word on the breakfast service either. The corridors were uncontrolled, there was a group of kids who were running up and down even after 10pm. - everything was a mess. Honestly, not a Hilton quality.

Clean, newer hotel with great location to short pump outdoor mall and lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance! Kids enjoyed it!

Breakfast was not very good.

Spotless Clean room and room amenities. No water though, thin pillows, and parking has a fee. Otherwise, safe location and close to other establishments.

Nothing against pets,but when I go on vacation,pets need to stay home!!!!!

All was ok

Room 312. The breakfast was not great. The sausage did not taste good. I wish the hard boiled eggs were previously peeled. The potato wedges and biscuits were dry. The oatmeal looked unappetizing. The only milk available was skim milk. It was difficult to get the plates as they were only near the waffle area and I had to interrupt people when they were making waffles to get a plate. I liked the Granny Smith apples on the front desk counter. I liked that the coffee/tea area offered French vanilla creamer. The sleeves of the coffee cups don’t fit and are too small.
