I booked a room for 3 days 7/3-7/6. I was charged a mandatory $10 house keeping fee whom I never saw, I never got any fresh towels in those three days. This location is terrible and needs to be shut down.

Roaches and they two ladies in the front office are horrible. They have the worst attitudes. Even the new one Nakita. They need to replace the entire staff except the two men in the office. I will never go there again. I killed three roaches while I was in the shower.

Rooms were good. Clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue was the door was bent like it has been kicked. But it closed good and locked. Stayed three weeks there because of work. Quiet in the day and quiet at night. No one messed with anything. P

I stay for 6 days. Everyday my key deactivated which caused me to have to go to the front desk to correct the issue. I don’t understand why the $100 security deposit wasn’t mentioned when booking also if you don’t stay for 14 days or more you want get new bed sheets.Towels were an issue as well, never had any ready upon request and you had to give the staff back the soiled towels before they would give you new ones. To top it off the pool wasn’t even open even closed. I was so ready to check out of that place and will hopefully never go back. BEWARE

Lobby was closed. Could not check in. Expedia and hotel will not refund my money. More surprised about lack of help from Expedia than the hotel.

Expedia needs to take this hotel off of their listing. We never got checked into this hotel. Even though I called the hotel for 3 hours prior to us arriving and they said it would not be a problem we got there and they said they did not have a room for us. Why did they not tell me that when I called. I got all kind of excuses so we ended up staying in another hotel. This whole experience just really sucked

Ordered through Expedia 5 days before going to hotel . Even called the day before to verify I had a room an they did. Well when I got there they said I couldn't have a room cause they gave mine away an the ones they have aren't clean an didn't wanna clean them

It was full of cockroaches, the fridge and microwave had a bad smell. And the whole place reeked of weed.

It was good

No housekeeping and I was charge $12 utility fee. And the property tried to charge me twice because I went through a third party No housekeeper

Didn’t like the fact that the front desk left at 11:00 at night because we needed more towels but other than that no complaints .. i enjoyed my stay

Room wasn't clean at check in time. Had to wait an hour to check in. Staff complained to me about needing to clean rooms on Sundays and no one wants to work. Room was acceptable for a 2 star so I booked again next week. They called me the day of my next reservation to tell me they didn't have a room to honor my reservation then charged my card as a no show for the whole stay after I cancelled the stay right after they told me they didn't have a room. Hangs up or doesn't answer when I call and won't respond in app. Avoid this place.

There was no elevator, but the room was clean with ample towels, the bed was comfortable and the place was quiet all night. You couldn’t hear your neighbors, the desk staff was courteous. I would stay there again if it weren’t for needing an elevator or on the ground floor.

horrible hotel

This was a tired old hotel in need of more than just a face-lift. Our first-floor room was accessed only by going up to the second floor and finding the door to a stairway leading to the firs floor. The lukewarm shower never became warm, even though sink-taps flowed hot. Furniture looked worn and threadbare. The advertised pool was a small, uninviting outdoor pool at the end of the parking lot. Breakfast was a Covid-style take-away breakfast. This appears to be a management issue, not a staff issue. The people there were helpful, but they were working with an inadequate and oversold facility.

Check in was easy, the room looked as expected. I thought all was well until I took off my light colored socks which I had walked around the room in and they were, black on the bottom! YIKES!!!! Made me rethink how clean it really was. There was no “full breakfast” as advertised. Coffee and breakfast bar or small muffin only. I picked this hotel because it advertised a “full breakfast. Then there was trying to sleep! The road noise from outside was massive and the sound of bumping and knocking around the inside had me wondering if the walls were made from cardboard. Not much sleep!
