SpringHill Suites Philadelphia Airport Ridley Park

The staff was amazing! The night time and the morning! Everyone was friendly and super helpful! The rooms? AMAZING! absolutely loved how the toilet was seperate from the shower area! Beds were comfy! We did not experience the pool as we were just traveling through, but this was a wonderful stay!

Fine place to say for a value hotel

The staff and facilities here are excellent. Nothing

It was clean and comfortable. Close to the Philadelphia cruise port which is why we stayed here. The continental breakfast was nice too. The air conditioner in the room was a little loud.

checkout & check-in was easy and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly

Comfortable beds The pool never had towels. 3 of us had to share 2 towels. The breakfast ran out of food frequently and there was only one person trying to keep it filled. Had to pay $15/day to park which I did NOT see or I wouldn’t have stayed here. Very very over priced for this hotel

The room was nice and spacious, although housekeeping never checked our room or asked if we needed anything. The breakfast specifically the waffles were good some of the sausages were not cooked completely. There should be two people Manning the breakfast area . Some customers are very nasty and would leave their dirty cups right where people have to fix there food.

Clean nice hotel in an urban area close to airport. Did not hear airplanes but could hear some highway traffic. Breakfast was good with several options. Would stay here again.

Clean room convenient location

Location. Clean. Friendly and competent staff. Breakfast is sufficient not on par with the rest of the experience

The staff is super helpful. The room was clean though the smell of cleaners was a little overpowering. Breakfast is what you expect -- nothing more, nothing less. Shuttle service is prompt. This is a great choice for missed connections at PHL.

Nice room, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

Hotel was not clean. There were ants in our room. anoone ever came to address them. Probably because they do not come and get trash or clean the rooms for three days. There were no working ice machines on our second night. Several staff were very helpful but also several were quite nasty. I won't stay at this location ever again. It is not being manahed well at all. Worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at.

Everything was wonderful

Room not ready at check in. Staff really rude. I was pushed aside and told move aside we will wait on her first- who was the person behind me and told there was not a room ready for me. It was after the 4pm check in time. The woman in front of me had an issue. Waited 20 minutes. Another employee tells me room not ready come back in an hour. I was upset, missed by dinner reservations, and a room was suddenly ready in 15 minutes when I asked to speak to management. I was told no manager would speak with me. I was treated poorly from the moment I arrived for no reason and feel it was racially motivated. Don’t stay there!
