The night crew was more interesting on their phone than welcoming the guests. At one time I tried to attract the attention to the front desk receptionist to ask her something but she totally ignored me. She was too busy on her phone. Other nights we will pass by and, again, she was to busy on her phone she did not notice who was passing by. I don't know about the cleaning rules but I was told the trash is not removed daily or beds made unless guests stay for more than one week. We had to take care of that on our own. The breakfast was ok. They offered something simple so we wont leave with an empty stomach. The bathroom vent has much lint buildup, accumulated dust on the tub, a leaking show faucet, dirt built up on the window, warped floor. And although facility is a "smoke free", the mariguana smell on the hall was horrible. Wall are pape thing we could hear through them. Over all experience: If you are looking for a place "just to sleep and shower" this is the place. A decent hotel but the greatest.

Lady who collected me from airport was very kind and helpful. Breakfast finished at 9am. If travelling you want to enjoy Breakfast at a gentle time and pase. Sould extend at least till 9.30 if not 10am.

Nothing I was surprised to see this hotel rated 6.2 on Booking.com, while Google shows a much lower rating. After staying here for two days, I found the Google reviews to be much closer to my experience. The hotel has three floors, and there was a strong marijuana smell throughout all the floors during our stay. I complained to the concierge, and she told me they had just caught someone smoking and that it would be fine. Unfortunately, the smell continued every day and throughout our stay. The room was also poorly equipped. There was no proper lighting, except for one small lamp. There was no iron or ironing board. When I requested one, I was given an iron stand that could not properly stand on its own. There were only two coffee packets in the room. When I asked for more the next day, I was told they did not have any. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and the experience did not match the rating shown on Booking.com. I believe Booking.com should review how the property's rating reflects the actual guest experience.

The TV didn't work

Staff was rude...not only at registration but also restaurant....

Nothing. Dirty, loud, smelly, people in parking lot loud at 2 am and we’re not even staying at the hotel. Awful experience

It’s a basic property with nice people, the front front desk, great shuttle driver, adequate breakfast. And great value for money. I’ve stayed here several times this year and somehow use their great park n fly. I wish the shuttle would run more often
