Disappointing

Property is not what it seems like on the pictures. Hallway carpet is stained, my room wasn’t the cleanest stains on the AC, the lady at the front desk with the scarf has a dry personality and act like she doesn’t want to help. It’s a $100 cash deposit, that’s not stated during me doing my reservation and it’s a $8 charge cause it’s on airport property. Overall it wasn’t worth the stay to me

Not enough parking, everything was broken, the pillows looked like they were bought used from Jackson Prison. Made the Hotel Yorba look like the Book Caddilac!

The room was terrible, stained bed sheets, and sofa as well, TV was not working, asked to a different room, they did not approved

It’s important to note that while it offers a shuttle to the airport, parking fees are not built in to the cost and are not mentioned in the listing as additional fees. Also, the shuttle only ran every hour on the hour in the morning to get to the airport - this led us to booking an Uber so we weren’t at the airport for an unnecessary length of time (and allowed more sleep at 3:30am). The staff at the front desk was kind and informative about it all. Apologized for the lack of info up front and gave other options to consider. This is information I would have preferred to know in advance to help determine where to stay.

Trash and beer bottles by the back doors and trash cans. I got yelled at for parking in the drive thru while I was checking in by the airport shuttle driver.Floors hadn't been mopped. And the bed was just hard metal springs I slept on.

Would not recommend this hotel nothing was clean at all. Please save your money and find another hotel

Stink of Marijuana

check in and out went great. The tub in the shower was gross. there was no way I would take a shower in that

This was a great space to stay in. The staff was very nice. And I really appreciated having the shuttle. And the shuttle driver was very nice as well.

Nothing the pics is not true its so dirty bugs in the toilet and un friendly staff Full of weed smell nothing is clean its just so bad for the value the money i paid deserves more and they asked for extra money cuz i came early even though was dirty very very disappointed !!!

No hot water!!!!! Horrible. Still haven’t received my refund.

Terrible customer service

Hotel had flys all in it very unsanitary they sprayed spray in the room with my kids and it was chocking them very nasty and requested a refund 3 days agai still haven’t received it hotel employee was very rude hung up on me 6 times

I really liked the location and shuttle service to airport. The room was FILTHY. Microwave not cleaned & disgusting. Splattered and dried food was everywhere. Possibly rust as well. Bathroom tub filthy, needed calking around tub and shower head( which was coming away from wall). Toilet seat was broken and floor hadn't been swept. It looked like a good size spot of dried blood on floor as well. It looked as if the sheets hadn't been changed and were slept on. Finger print marks were noticeable all over furnture. Security bolt was broken on inside of door. Could not use. Very disappointing experience.

There was no hot water and we were not told about it. Parking was tight. Mold on the tub grout. One thing blanket.

The carpets are dirty and gross. The electric outlets were pulled out of the walls. The bathroom faucet was loose in the sink. That place hasn’t had maintenance in a long time. That said, the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more apologetic.
