The filthiest hotel ever!!!
-
Good not great
-

Terrible dont go here and dont waste money

I've stayed in worse quarters. But they were mostly run by the US Army. If you're into filthy carpets, bored, disinterested front counter staff, a minimal carb heavy breakfast and a poor parking layout, then this is the motel for you. And don't forget the rear doo proped open with a rock and wouldn't properly close or lock. Thankfully this was only a one night stand to catch an early morning flight the next day. At least the bed was clean and comfortable. All in all, this was a motel in steep decline. It has seen better days and is in real need of a renovation that goes way beyond just a fresh coat of paint. Quality? Maybe on par with transaint WWII Army barracks.

Everything else was fine.

Rooms were dirty. Key pads quit working several times throughout our stay. Parking was a nightmare.

Dirty stained carpets in the hallway, sticky floors, absolutely disgusting

Check in and staff were kind and helpful. Room was filthy! Smoke detector has a huge gap around it in the ceiling. Room # was not on the door. Other marking on the ceiling told the tale of parties - red marks, champagne "pop" hole Toilet seat was melted with burns in it. Only way it would somewhat flush was to hold the handel til the toilet filled then slowly let everything drain. Also while sitting on it, the toilet rocked back and forth. The final disappointment was when we attempted to shower. The faucet would not run water. Front desk response was - you have to work with it. Sorry, not acceptable- not to mention it was turned, pushed and pulled to the point it felt like it was going to pull out of the shower enclosure. Upon leaving 2 half bottles of alcohol were set in the parking lot across the enterance.

Very basic hotel that is definitely showing wear. It was fine for emergency lodging after a cancelled flight, but don’t expect much. The shuttle to the airport was reliable and convenient.

1st room we checked into was dirty. Used soap on the tub. Fake fingernail on the bathroom floor. Parking lot in back felt unsecured. Would not recommend.

If you're poor and desperate like me...

Our room was ok but the couch was all stained & looked dirty

The true meaning of a 'flea bag' hotel! It was just yucky! Carpets were stained, things were falling apart and I couldn't wait to get out of there! It looked okay in the photos and rated okay and I paid $90 USD so it wasn't cheap. It was worse than one of those motels in Detroit where you can pay cash and rent the room for an hour. Stay away! It was just creepy!

Our stay & previous stays have been great! The staff is very friendly, helpful & always have an upbeat great attitude!! Ms. Heather is hands down absolutely the best. Our air was out in our room and she went above and beyond to help us! I can't forget Ms. Nikki and Ms. Monica! They are always willing to help with a smile on their face! Our room is very clean and spacious, housekeeping does a fabulous job! It's very quiet, and safe. We would highly recommend this Quality Inn to others! It's very affordable and comfortable!! Kelly J.

It smelled slightly musty but everything was clean and well maintained and very good value.

Let's start off with the room. The floors were DISGUSTING. There was no toilet paper and half the lamps didn't work. There was one girl at the desk and she made us stand in line what seemed like forever. Breakfast was absolutely ridiculous. I got half a cup of coffee. There were no bowls or utensils. There was almost no options. Cereal, bagels, toast or oatmeal and AGAIN, There was nothing to eat any of this from. Im so mad that I paid so much for such a disgusting place. Do better.
