The property is not well maintained, the room smelled and there was mold around the bathtub. Breakfast was not good.

Everything was great and the staff was marvelous..

Great for an airport hotel and super convenient.

The power went out an still I have gotten no refund for my night I only had maybe 4 hours of power the took down my name an every thing I haven't received no compication for anything

Dated hotel as are most in the area but didn’t job for our layover. I would stay again if need be. We booked last minute as our travel plans changed

Hotel is run down and needs a major overhaul. I love the easy access to the airport and the free shuttle, food within walking distance and the price

Overall, our experience was not that great. The fitness room was closed and the elevator was not working. We were put on the third floor and had to carry all of our luggage down three flights to catch our shuttle in the morning to the airport. Will not stay there again.

We usually stay here when we fly from Detroit. The rooms are modern and comfortable, they have Park and Fly. The people at the desk are excellent at helping. The only negative is that sometimes we find the elevator not working when we need to bring our luggage down to catch the shuttle in the early mornings.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful, the parking and shuttle are very convenient.

Clean room just felt like an older hotel.

We stayed a night after a late flight and the location/shuttle was perfectly convenient. The next day we walked across the street to pick up a rental car. Our room was clean, but pillows lumpy. The front desk agent was friendly and helpful. We were disappointed by the “continental breakfast” due to lack of healthy options like fruit and protein (besides old bruised apples, a microwaveable sausage patty and sugary yogurt.) overall, We won’t choose to stay here again.

The two employees we came in contact with were wonderful. Competent, friendly, hospitable. We had problems with the TV. The remote was broken and missing pieces. Seems housekeeping could have caught that and saved me having to handle it. Restaurant could use some healthier options, but it is a bar and grill--so a quibble. a/c was also a little weak---couldn't get the room to cool--but there was a heat wave when we were there.
