Accommodation to their wrongdoings

The shuttle service to and from the airport was awful. Shuttles were constantly late, drivers were pushy for tips and rude to/about passengers, and drove unsafely. Breakfast was not particularly good, and it is obvious the property has seen better days/is not being well maintained.

Nice staff. Close To AirPort. Clean rooms.

Everything was fine but we should have asked for an additional towel and face cloth. Most DTW hotels struggle with this for some reason. Prolly staff shortages.

Room in need of updating. Door wouldn’t open all the way due to an issue with the floor. Cracks in ceiling. Bed was squeaky and lumpy. Small tv with just a few channels. Just overall run-down appearance. Restaurant service was good but the burger was terrible. Just a plain, gray, frozen patty with no seasoning. Disappointing overall experience.

The breakfast was not good. The room was clean. The beds where comfortable. Very conveniently located to the airport and tge rental cars.

No telephone connection in double queen room, telephone did not work, alarm clock did not work, coffee pot did not have a top. Reported the front desk.

Close to the airport. Good price Dirty, old, run down.

The proximity to the airport Worst breakfast ever offered. Pillows were horrible; they only gave one tiny bar of soap for 2 people, no conditioner and 2 little packets of shampoo. It just reeked of cheapness.

Rooms are clean service was great and courteous

Facility needs some maintenance- tub was damaged and discolored in the caulk which looked like mold

Fantastic stay and amazing shuttle set up service for 4am.

Location, friendly staff, sound proof rooms Beds were so broken down you sank into the center. Pillows need thrown out and replaced. They were full of lumps and flat. We had to use three pillows for support and those broke down within minutes.

Very old property. Needs a good cleaning and updating.

Nothing really Not worth it, horrible breakfast, orange juice = yellow water. Bed pillow is not comfortable.

Nice Stay

I was pleasantly surprised when staying at this property, especially for the price. Bathroom was small but the room was nice. Also, we ate at Wings Bar & Grill and it was good too. Great property. *One note, when you book a shuttle to the airport for example at 6am, and they tell you to be in the lobby by 545am, you better be on the shuttle by 545am not in the lobby. They almost left without me!
