Perfect location! 10 minute walk to town. Great brewery next door. Bathrooms were kind of small, but there’s nothing they can do about it. Wish they had more USB connections.

Great location. If you walk across the bridge you are downtown. The remodeling was very cheap. AC was old and noisy.

How close it is to the bridge to get downtown, you can walk and not deal with parking. Hotel room was clean and updated for the price. I would definitely return here for another stay. Room was a little tight. Small pathway to bathroom.

Exceptional

I just needed a place to sleep, and this property served that purpose. The room was basic, and the bed was comfortable. It is an older property but it was clean. The woman who helped me at the desk (who I think is the owner) was MOST helpful and very friendly. I was traveling alone and she made me feel safe. The location is also amazing. A quick walk across the bridge and you are in historic St. Augustine. Overall, a good hotel for the price.

After 2 nights I was finally moved into the room I asked for, a handicap accessible room which had been taken when I first arrived. The handicap room was very nice, comfortable and had enough room for me to move around on my mobility scooter. Bathroom had roll in shower with grab bars. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. There is only 1 handicap room at this motel. All the others have step ups in the doorway thresh hold and the doors into the bathrooms are too small for most wheelchairs/scooters. My request for the handicap room when I made the reservation was not written down so the room was given to someone else the same day I arrived.

I’ve stayed here before and I came back. I think that says a lot . It’s convenient for historic down town. Great air conditioning, it has a microwave and a refrigerator. Not a cooler but an actual small fridge with a freezer. Plenty of tv channels and a comfortable bed. Shower is a very good size as well . NA
