All the rooms have either a balcony or a patio overlooking the harbor and the drawbridge. It was very relaxing sitting outside watching the boats go by. The extra large hot tub is like a small pool and also was very nice. The breakfast would be hard to beat. It was within walking distance of two breweries, a great seafood restaurant, and downtown

Staff was great and helped make our anniversary stay a very nice one. Elevator is slow but better than hauling bags up stairs. Balcony with view of the old city and the waterway in between.. We booked 2 night stay Friday and Saturday night but the maids opened the door to come into the room on Saturday morning to clean due to no do not disturb door hanger for our door

The shower head needed to be cleaned

Close to downtown Felt like a motel, not impressed

My spouse and I were here for 3 nights and it was not fancy, but met every need. The bed was comfortable, very clean, friendly staff, and they provided each a bottle of water per day (perhaps more if needed). We didn’t take advantage of happy hour or breakfast due to the hours, but was nice to have if wanted. It was just over the bridge and could have walked 1/4 of mile to the historic downtown. There are a few places around the hotel you can visit or eat such as O’Steen’s, which I highly recommend! So this is not a bad location to stay at even though you aren’t in the midst of everything. The location was convenient to the historic district of St Augustine. The breakfast was included and was cooked to order. No Danish, cold cereal etc. I can't think of anything negative.

The room was very nice and clean, however one thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the floors. There was sand on our floors for days after we went to the beach. Again, the cleaning staff were always pleasant and greeted us when we ran into them. The front desk staff was very nice, also. We enjoyed the evening "social hour". The appetizers were always tasty and creative and the Sauvignon Blanc was one of the best I've had. The rooms all had beautiful views of the river and historic downtown. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the boats and the few times we got into the pool, it was very relaxing and a nice temperature. All in all, a nice stay, we would come back.

I loved how close the hotel was to downtown without being in downtown, also the view of the rooms were beautiful.

We were excited to learn the hotel offered a daily happy hour and complimentary breakfast. Upon entering our room it was clean, spacious and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. It is about a mile walk over the bridge to the downtown, however, there is a daily shuttle that picks up at 9:30 a.m. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The complimentary cook to order break was amazing, there’s also a paid option but we never wanted anything extra. Great view of the marina and the Bridge of Lions. Can’t say enough bout how friendly the staff were!
-
Very clean but bathroom needed tile repairs and grout cleaning. Staff was very good and helpful but only one person for many just bs and waits were more than usual. Breakfast was good

Location, breakfast, social hour, staff, facilities, beautiful view! Everything was just perfect!

A quiet, lovely place to stay. The view from our balcony was amazing, watching the boats was so peaceful. Everyone was very helpful and kind. I loved we were away from the fray of the more busy, touristy section but still just a walk over the bridge to get to it. We will return.
