Hampton Inn & Suites St. Louis at Forest Park

The hotel was fabulous, the staff- so friendly & helpful. The room had a king size bed, a couch, refrigerator, small coffee brewer, ice bucket w/ cups. Huge snack pantry for purchase with a variety of items. The room provided breakfast in the main lobby. Celiacs have the choice of Hard Boiled Egg, Fruit and Cheerios. The warm food items are all baked in a huge oven so cross contamination is eminent. The chef did say they have a separate toaster in the kitchen for Gluten Free items provided by the guest to toast. As for the room, incredibly clean, stocked and even had a small Swan Towel in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, fluffy pillows and was clean. 5 Star for the STAY & Quality 2 STARS for the Celiac Food Options- (Hotel Mgmt- add prepackaged GF items) Overall, highly recommended the hotel, but for my Celiacs- not recommended for breakfast meal but a quick bite of fruit and java! Happy Travels!!

The employees were very friendly when you could find them. They had a nice selection for breakfast It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The housekeepers either sweep things under furniture or don’t clean under it. I have pictures showing trash and food under a stool and under the bathroom sink in the room. The pillows were the pits. A total of four pillows and it didn’t feel like we even had one.

The staff throughout was exceptional. Pool area could use some updating. Provided breakfast was better than expected.

Much better than staying downtown! Easy in and out access to the car and less than 15 min drive to downtown or any other part of the city. Walking distance tot he zoo and science center.

Perfect location for a family birthday celebration in South St.Louis. Liked the convenient parking. We had a terrific view of downtown, towards the east; however window was very dirty.

If you're thinking about booking this hotel, DO IT!

Nice hotel, clean pool and gym. Good breakfast. Big suites. Worked great for us for our family wedding.

Nice property, great for a short stay, friendly & responsive staff.

Breakfast and location were good. Didn't like having to pay for parking, especially because I wasn't told I had to pay for parking. It just showed up on the bill.

First room was smelly!..probably a dog room they tried to hard to cover up..hotel is old and showing it..not worth the 200.00 a room like other more modern hampton inns. Pool was small and closed at 10..at least 11 or 12 on weekends. Front staff guy was a fast talker..could understand half of what he said..20 dollar add on..10 for parking which is not disclosed at booking.

The staff was very hospitable and tending to my family’s needs we enjoyed our stay thanks to the Hampton Inn’s staff 😊
