Very good stay

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even house keeping had smiles and would wave to the kids. Parking was as simple as you can get! Their complementary breakfast setup is great, with a good range and variety of items. I only wish they had sausage links along with bacon.

Location of this hotel was perfect. The free breakfast was the best I’ve ever had! Great choices and plenty available no matter what time you showed up! Very pleased with my stay!

AMAZING!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were surprised and pleased with a gift of bottled waters and chips. The room was very clean! The staff brought us extra pillows because I accidentally booked a king size instead of two queens so my son and I could build a pillow wall between us HAHA! and they brought us hot extra towels because we caught in a thunderstorm storm while out on a tour. The amenities were great too! We used the iron and ironing board, we watched movies on the apps, loved the views from the room! We used the fridge too. Overall it was our favorite stay on our New England Road Trip

Perfect location for exploring salem , walking distance to so many local attractions.

The hotel was quick to get in and out of and everything was clean and close to restaurants and downtown Salem. Would stay again!
-
Extremely clean! Perfect walkable spot to all things Salem.
-
The first room smelled like a locker room. We had the front desk change us to a cleaner room. The rest of our stay was uneventful. Never settle for a room that isn't clean.
-
Great place to stay, within walking distance to all of shops, restaurants, and places to visit!
-
Our stay was great , great staff, room was clean and spacious, the pool was a bit cold but other than that location was perfect for what our plans were. Only wish they didn’t charge so much for parking.
-
Location was good. Free breakfast was really nice and on site property a plus
-
The staff was so helpful, the gym was nice, the breakfast was so convenient. It’s in a great location close to walking all of the sights in Salem. We will definitely be back.

We spent four nights here Our room was attractive but a bit too small with little room to maneuver around the king sized bed. New mattresses might be in order as ours was very soft and by the end of our stay was downright uncomfortable. Our room was quiet except for one night when a loud group gathered outside a bar on the corner. adjacent bar. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. There is paid onsite parking. The garage was nearly full both weekend nights when we returned from visiting with family but we managed to find one open spot. Breakfast options were varied with plentiful seating. Pool was nice. We’d stay there again.
