Was within walking distance to where I wanted to go The area around the hotel(sidewalks,hallways,elevator,room) were nasty. Sidewalks has urine stains everywhere and not just from dogs. Bathroom floor was disgusting, hadn't been moped in a long time. Carpets in hallway had big stains from what appeared to be dog fecal matter. Elevator equally dirty and I'm not talking a little dirt from someone's shoes, long term not moped or scrubbed. The sink was clogged. The shower had hair from the last guest and the shampoo conditioner dispensers had slime build up around them where they are never cleaned. I know it's a pet friendly hotel but the fee thats paid is to insure that the rooms are properly sanitized and the carpets are shampooed or at least deodorized so the room smells fresh. To top off after paying what I thought was extremely to much for the room they charged an extra $30 to park and the valet attendant was strong with alcohol on his breathe.

Close enough to walk everywhere. I liked that they had parking onsite. It did cost but it was easy in and out. The employees were so friendly! Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping and the parking lot valet. He was kind enough to get us a luggage cart and help with our bags. I’m not usually a breakfast person but what I did have was delicious! Nothing, everything was great!

The front staff was amazing very friendly, the lady's helping with the breakfast we're also friendly and when it was time to shut it down made sure no one else needed anything a couple times before closing it for the day. The location was great felt like I wasn't more then a 15 min walk away from anything and parking at the hotel was super easy

The breakfast was great. Little booths with tvs showering the morning news. Awesome Paying $30 to park in a garage where you had a difficult time parking with all the pillars.

It was maintained well. Parking garage felt safe and was clean.

I like the fact that there is no hassles I get there. I do my business I leave and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants the people that could not be nicer.

Nice hotel, good location. Parking is expensive and rather than it being $30 for 24 hours, it is $30 per day up until one hour after check out time so midday fr most people. Arrived the evening before, still had to pay full amount, and wasn’t allowed to stay past midday next day without paying extra.
