Location was great, staff was incredibly kind. Love that you can’t take the elevator to the rooms without a room key! Breakfast was great! For me, the beds weren’t very comfortable and at least for our room, the carpet had a weird oily/greasy feeling.

Close to everything yet far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle!! So quietly tucked away we almost missed the entrance! But it was great to be tucked away!!!!!!

Great location, clean, nice staff, not haunted :) The breakfast was ok but there was no fresh fruit or vegetables and the eggs were gummy, we could make our own waffles though, which the kids loved.

This is always my first choice when coming to Salem. Every time the hospitality of the staff is so welcoming. Everything is clean and you can tell thry take pride in their place, it shows with how immaculate it is.

Perfect location. It’s walking distance to everything “Salem.” I enjoyed walking to the downtown area. Having coffee in my room whenever I wanted was a plus. Morning buffet breakfast was a delicious treat! I honestly can’t think of a single thing not to like. It really was a perfect stay.

We had a great stay - so convenient to everything in Salem. We were able to park and then just walk everywhere. We would stay here again. The only glitch was that our room was not serviced but the front desk had towels and soap brought up to us on our second night. I thought the price point was a bit high but considering it was the end of September in Salem it was to be expected.
