Beautiful property! The room and decor were amazing. The location was great and the sites of Salem were in walking distance to the property. The concierge service was convenient and very helpful.

Historical significance and beautiful choices Check-in time could be earlier since no ability to leave bags “behind a desk” or change clothes when arriving to town

The room was comfortable but inconvenient as we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. There was no staff on duty in the house for our entire stay. The $15 breakfast voucher didn't cover the cost of one meal and there were two of us. Won't ever stay here again as it is not suited for senior citizens.

We loved it! It was clean, thoughtful, and centrally located. We stayed with young kids and booked the one bedroom suite. It was so nice to have a bigger space so we didn’t feel like we were crowding each other. The bathroom was also beautiful. Since our room was on the main floor, they provided a noise machine which we found incredibly thoughtful. I was a little worried that concierge was not on site, but I worried for nothing! They run a very great system! We will definitely stay again while in Salem.

For as much $ you spend per night they could at least provide something better than 1 ply toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo were not sudsy, had to keep reaching under bedside dresser to turn on/off lamp, charger they provided for phone did not work.

This is a self-service property and that made things peaceful and easy. The room was clean and stylish and bedding comfortable. Temp was perfect and I appreciated being asked what I would like it set at prior to my arrival. It's a bit outside of the town so very quiet, and a quick ride into town only takes minutes to get to shopping, restaurants, museums, etc. I would stay again for sure.

The Coach House was very clean and it suited our needs. We needed a small refrigerator and our concierge, Carrie ensured we got one. We also got a gift card to Jaho Coffee which was so nice. Carrie kept in touch with me throughout our stay. Beds and linens were excellent. The location was perfect.

Beautiful property! So clean and the beds are a dream! Staff are sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The gift card for Jaho was nice since there is not on site breakfast. Jaho’s coffee is sooo good! About a mile walk to the main area but plenty of transportation available if the feet get sore.
